How CISO’s role has changed during your career, and what do you see as the biggest cyber security challenges for the next generation CISOS?
Laura Deaner: “When CISO’s role first appeared, security was considered as an IT compliance checkbox. Over the years, high-profile breech-like as if Code red event in microsoftOrganizations were created to see security as a strategic, board-level priority. Today, CISOS work directly with authorities and makes a real impact on business decisions.
“For the next generation of CISOS, it is not enough to keep up-you have to lead the change. The flood of information, enhanced by social media and rapidly growing dangers, means that CISO must be constantly for learners and optimized leaders.
