
Half of the global technology leaders believe that their organization lacks AI skills, and the ability interval is almost doubled in a year.

So, why is the demand for AI growing so soon? Nash Squad CIO Ankur Anand told ZDNET that standing growth is associated with the speed of innovation.
“The generative AI supports an unprecedented speed of development and large language models,” he said, “he said.
“If you look at Openai or Google, they come out with a more advanced model every few months. Professionals should quickly learn new skills, and traditional learning methods cannot keep pace.”

1. Train existing employees

The best AI experts also understand morality: “If people deploy AI without railing, they will not be able to develop solutions responsibly.”

Finally, Anand said that the great AI professionals share knowledge with others. “One of what I have seen in my team is the importance of mentorship,” he said.
“Coach staff, the most talented people in the team and the rest of the business, is a strong skill that the business leaders need to focus on the search for AI talent.”
3. Change your recruitment model
Tech leaders hope that AI will fill one of the five technology jobs in the next five years, but the report states that AI is also changing the operating model.
Anand said that the first thing is that the AI is changing the traditional recruitment model.
“There are platforms that can assess screen resumes and skills,” he said. “The AI is helping the industry move away from the experience-based skill-based evaluation. Data-modeling technology can help companies predict the characteristics of a successful candidate for a role.”

Second, those candidates are unlikely to focus on technical expertise.
The correct talent will help companies increase human expertise with data-capable capabilities, especially as the use of agent AI increases during the next few years: “soft skills, combined with some hard technical skills, will fit, correct fit,” he said.
Finally, the business leaders who seek this mixed talent will take their recruitment nets to a distance, which will cover various geographical, backgrounds and abilities.

Anand said that smart business leaders promoted the culture of experiment to keep employees interest and excited.
“They reward the risk-because failures also learn new, and these lessons will provide success in the future,” he said.
