star One of my all -time favorite movies, but somehow I missed the bus Stargate SG -1 When it was originally aired. Now that the show is easily accessible on streaming services, I have slowly done my work through it – and I am missing!
Whereas in the early 90s and early 2000s, the sci-Fi TV cheese (and I am here) are some true standout episodes, and would you see that I have put them in an easy-to-back list.
You can stream Stargate SG -1 On Amazon Prime Video. This list has been compiled on the basis of episodes I like the most, but I had a look at which episodes fans have also evaluated highly over the years. However, this is my personal list. Episodes may vary from streaming services due to the combined of two-partners. The list is not rank.

Window of opportunity (season 4, episode 6)
To be blunt, this episode is essentially of SG-1 Groundhog DayBut doesn’t do it window of opportunity Justice. The gesture is that Teal’C and O’Neill planets are caught in the loop at one time after going to P4X-639. They loop back for breakfast on the day of mission, and it is to find out how to break the time loop.
Of course, it is Jackson and Carter that are the brains of operation, but they are not in time loops, so they cannot maintain any memories or information that will let them solve the puzzle. So O’Neel and Telak have to learn a foreign language in several months of their time so that Jackson can help them solve the puzzle to eliminate the time loop.
This episode makes the episode use the time for other things, such as learning earthen pots, and playing some rounds of golf via Stargate. This is one Very Funny episodes, and it is also remarkable for pursuing the romance subplot between Carter and O’Nell with on-screen smuch-which will not clearly remember the Sam Sam.
I read a little on the production of this episode, and it turned out that this episode was going to run low, so a lot of unique inserts that make it fun and memorable, are only because they needed to make the episode accessible with random skits, which makes it for a long time.

The Fifth Race (season 2, episode 16)
This episode of SG-1 reminds me a lot Nth degreeA Star Trek: Next generation The episode where the lieutenant Barkle is upgraded by an alien device to its brain, which gives it to all kinds of new knowledge and abilities, eventually creates a mysterious tool that leads him to an ancient caste. In Fifth race O’Neel has upgraded his brain by an alien device, which gives him all kinds of new abilities and creates a mysterious tool that leads him to a race to ancient aliens – what do I mean?
On one side, all jokes, this episode is great, and it is most important when it comes to highlighting the deepest learning of the show. By the way, the “fifth race” we are – human beings – who are almost ready to be clearly included in any type of foreign federation. Dammit, Re -Trek?

Tantalus pain (season 1, episode 10)
It is one of the initial episodes of SG -1 and actually reflects the ability to horror and scares Stargates. Dr. Jackson highlights the fact that Stargate was actually successfully active before the events of the original film, but it leads to a tragic accident where Catherine Langford (the woman who recruits her in the film) loses her lover Ernest in a “accident”. Catherine did not know that Ernest stepped through the gate, and no attempt was made to recover it.
Jackson discovered that Ernest was sent by studying the file footage from that day, and they travel through the gate to find Ernest alive, but are old and mentally unstable. He almost lost the ability to speak, and is stating that Catherine is currently with him. As luck, the place where he is living, includes important information, Jackson wants, but the building is on the verge of falling into the sea, and the team has to survive leaving the treasury behind. Fortunately, Ernest made many notes.
What I like the most about this episode is implications that the story goes on in the morning, and it can be really very wrong to mess up with Stargates. This is a good setup for deep parts of the series.

1969 (season 2, episode 21)
you know how Star trek There are some episodes and movies where the crew of the ship goes back on time in the 21st century? Yes? No reason, just asking.
Anyway, in 1969 SG-1 is sent back to Earth due to an eccentric accident in 1969, and then goes wrong for the Soviet spy as they try to find a way to return to their current. Many Hijinks of the 60s. However, strangely, O’Neel named his name as “Captain James T. Kirk”, which the soldier does not recognize in question. Looking at TOS, strange came out in 1966, but perhaps that man is not a trekker.
The team caught a ride in a hippie bus with a couple on the way to Woodstock and caught a ride. Spock must stop a stupidity to hide the fact that he is not human. I mean Teal’c, Teal’c Wears a foolishness.

2010 (season 4, episode 16)
Episode 2010 Is directly connected 1969 Except we are now in the future, in the year 2010. Nearly a decade before the “current” timeline of SG -1. Here we bless an earth with technology and peace, thanks to a caste known as “Ashen”, who helped defeat Goa.
Everything looks very good, but (surprise) it turns out that the Schen is not as poverty as they seem, just very patient. So Sam Carter needs to use the exact manner of the time seen in the previous 60s episodes, which prevents the Earth from creating contact with Ashen in the first place, to send a warning back to General Hammond.
I like this episode only because it has a cool foreign invasion angle which is quite smart for a TV series since the 90s, and it’s a great example for writers who are just fun with a “if” style episode “that does not really affect anything. Well, except the meeting with Ashen, it is in the later episodes anyway, (2001Season 5, episode 10, In this episode, Sam Carter’s husband was with a smart callback. So in any way, the dark ashen is avoided by the future.

Fragile balance (season 7, episode 3)
You know the anime storyline where an adult gets to pass through high school again, but they have all the knowledge and skills of being adults? Well, delicate balance The end ends where they start plots, but with a lot of twist to reach there.
This episode opens with a teenager who claims to show Colonel O’Neel on a secret basis, and after much back and forth it reveals that he is a clon, and he is dying. This plot becomes thicker when it is found that a Asgardian named Loki has been kidnapping people for years, excluding them with a short -term clone and then returning them after doing his research later. Except, in this case the clone was not correctly age, exposed its entire deal.
Thor, another Asgardian Alien, manages to stop the fall in O’Neel Clone, and that version of O’Neill decided to return to the high school, ever heard or not mentioned again. In addition, all the creep of a man in a child’s body is fully performing for high school girls – in 2003 there was a different time, I think.

Pretense (season 3, episode 15)
What is the Science-Fi show of the 90s/2000s without court case episodes? While it does not increase significantly to TNG levels Measurement of a man, Show off There is a very good episode where we get to see a debate about independent desire, how humans behave with livestock, and who is the right of a boy of a boy named Scare – Host or Parasite? This is not the fastest-vertical episode, but I really like it when a series combines that sexy P90 action with some other cerebral.
There are more than 200 SG-1 episodes, so I didn’t find almost certainly Yours Favorite episodes, and who knows whether my opinion will change with future ideas again and again? One thing I can say is that SG -1 is very well aged, in someone’s opinion, which did not see it when it was not broadcast. It was difficult to catch with this difference in my science-fi history, but I am happy that I did so. Perhaps I will also try to find a physical box set to go with me Star trek Collection.
