Russia-based hecticists target major public and private organizations in the Netherlands, which disburse the distributed refusal (DDOS) attacks, leading to access problems and service disruptions.
The situation was accepted through a statement from the country’s National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), which was part of the Ministry of Dutch of the Ministry of Justice.
“This week, many Dutch organizations have been targeted by massive DDOS attacks,” NCSC reads declaration,
“The DDOS attacks are directed on both Dutch and other European organizations. Within the Netherlands, both public and private institutions are being attacked.”
The NCSC noted that the attacks were claimed by the Hativist Group on the actor’s Telegram channel named Noname057 (16).

Although the NCSC stated that the actor’s purpose is not clear, Noname057 (16) announced that it was ventured to send € 6 billion to UKRAINE for Netherlands and plan to plan another € 3.5 billion in 2026.
The latest message of the danger group on Telegram from tomorrow indicates that the attacks continue.

As Local media outletThe DDOS attacks have influenced the provinces of the municipalities of Groningen, Noor-Holland, Zeelard, Drawnthe, Overjacle, Nor-Brebant, and Apendorn, Breda, Nizamgen and Tilberg.
The online portals of these public organizations were reportedly unattainable for several hours this week, although no compromise of internal systems or data has been signed.
Noname057 (16) is a danger actor, since March 2022, has a significant participation in many DDOs targeting European and American organizations.
The dancing group also launched a crudesored DDOS platform called ‘Dodosia’, where “volunteers” would be paid to lend their firepower in attacks.
The platform became very successful, recruiting thousands of users in less than a year and many disruptive attacks on Western institutions.
In July 2024, Spanish officials arrested three members of Dodosia and seized their equipment for further investigation.
However, there was no significant follow -up in the operation, and threatening groups have not yet been nominated or convicted, and therefore the DDOS attacks are on.
