Honor Watch 5 Ultra: One minute review
The Honor Watch is 5 Ultra, from a hardware point of view, is actually a very good smartwatch. So, will I wear it again? Unfortunately no.
I like the design of the watch very much, I love its low price, and I like its UI simple layout. I found it very useful, from my phone option to sleep tracking. I think it is a great watch, but eventually its ultra monicor is undesirable.
It tracks 100 games, but most of these mode are very basic in their metric collection. There are no third-party apps that are necessary to customize your smartwatch experience; You are stuck with what you have installed on the watch out of the box. There is no straw, no spotf, no WhatsApp, although you can see the message with the functionality of information. An NFC chip in the watch is on the ship, but it is not designed to support banking payments. Adaptation options are limited to a (although generous) selection of free watch faces.
The end result is a watch that looks well designed from outside, but which feels strangely hollow inside. In many cases it is a high performance and great-value tool, but it becomes difficult to recommend with lack of features.

The Honor Watch is 5 Ultra, as mentioned above, a smartwatch designed for an extraordinaryly well -designed (from a hardware approach) for its price. Sleep tracking is also very good, with your sleeping stages, the Samsung Galaxy Ring broke in a similar manner. Watch 5 Ultra offers a sleep score with some extra insight, which is based on how much sleep you have.
Workout support is solid, which has more than 100 sports modes, but very few of them provide more sophisticated matrix than heart rate and projected calories. Running and swimming offer special matrix, however, tracking the length of the pool while counting stroke and tracking the length of the pool, track the speed per kilometer on the roads, the straded length, and the structure.

I wore Honor Watch 5 Ultra for the whole week, tested it on the run, in the pool and during sleep. The clock correctly estimated my steps coming within a few hundred steps of my Samsung Galaxy ring, and tracked the sleeping stages with similar accuracy.
I received a healthy dawn report and break the sleep score in the Honor Health App, with normal insights – drink less caffeine during the day for better sleep, and so – but the Honor’s matrix and reference is not sophisticated in the form of Samsung’s sleep animal chronotypes.
Run -tracking served me well throughout the week, including all normal speed, straight and speed features as well as GPS maps and elevations. A good touch was a ‘fat cum’ metric, telling me in an example that my 8 km run burned about 4 grams of fat. Swim tracking was also good, and the clock successfully recognized my major stroke as ‘mixed’ as I swapped from the front crawl to breaststroke during workouts.
The battery performed as described as described, through nearly four and a half days.
I am happy with the performance here, but it would be good to be able to add limited features on the offering with third -party apps. The frustration of not being able to use so many basic smartwatch tasks with my phone made the device less useful, lower than its rivals, overall.

How did I test Honor Watch 5 Ultra
I wore the Honor Watch 5 Ultra for the whole week, dropped the battery completely down and monitored the run, swim and strength workouts. I spent time to my entire extent using UI, tested digital crowns and buttons functionalities, and wore it as my daily driver. I also worn it on the bed to check its sleep tracking capabilities and tried a new health scan facility such as health monitoring matrix.
