Tekken 8 has received the ongoing post-launch care and the latest updates are to add and balance the experience here. The update V2.01.00 includes a clean Techcan Ghost Shodown, New Vigilant Tech Pack and Cyber Phantom Pack Shop, and balances many characters.

Comment:
- The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
- During maintenance, all online materials will be unavailable.
Influence of update
The following changes will be effective in each mode and feature after updates:
- Downloaded Replays / My Replays and Tips
- Replay data made before the update will no longer playable.
- Online reply
- All the replay data made before the update will be removed.
- Super Ghost Battle / Ghost Match / Ghost vs Ghost
- The behavior and performance adjustment applied to each character after the update will be reflected in ghost data.
- Ghost data will not be removed.

Techcan Shop
New “Vigilant Tech Pack” added
A common dress pack with the following items:
- Vigilant tech jacket (upper body)
- Vigilant tech pants (lower body)
- Vigilant Tech Shoes (Shoes)
- Vigilant Tech Cap (Headgier)
- Vigilant Tech Mask (Glasses)
New “Cyber Phantom Pack” added
A common dress pack with the following items:
- Cyber Phantom Jacket (upper body)
- Cyber Phantom Pants (Lower Body)
- Cyber Phantom Boots (Shoes)
- Cyber Phantom Mask (Mouthpiece)
“Techcan Special Deal” event
- During the period of the event, the selected items will be available at special prices.
Techcan Fight Lounge
New feature “Techcan Ghost Shodown” added to the entrance
- Talk to Max at the entrance of “Tekken Ghost Showdown” to enable/disable AI learning and use new features like removal of previous AI learning data.
- Sitting on the terminal, dedicated “Tekcan Ghost Shodown”, players can engage in real -time ghosts vs.
Note: What is a ghost?
- The AI-controlled avatar of a player that develops on the basis of war behavior.
Five special ghosts appear with character panels
- Defeat each special ghost to earn a unique character panel.
- The character panel is a fan art submission from “Techcan Fandam Abhiyan”.
- Special ghosts will be available in the lobby until the next update set for June.
- New special ghosts will be added to the next update.
Play data / leaderboard
Some “season 1” data is now available
- By selecting “season 1” from the “filter” function, some data will now be viewable.
