Mining is one of the most frequent tasks shown in every star path incident Disney Dreamlight ValleyEvent duty often asks you to look for specific types of gems, such as the mine for oval gem work, and it can be a bit difficult to complete them.

Many other gems may appear oval shaped, especially if you see them while falling on the ground. For example, the opal is quite round, but is not counted for this task. Focus on only six gems that count to achieve it.
