The Android app provides access to the audio overview, which are AI-based podcasts of the notebooks that are based on source materials. There is background playback and offline support for audio overview.

The Android app also allows people to create new notebooks and see people they have already created. Users can also upload new sources from their devices and see people who have already uploaded in each notebook.

The app has a mild and dark mode that applies to the device’s system settings.

Given the launch time, Google can share more about the app on Tuesday during the company’s I/O Kenote.
