Computex 2025 is running well and although we had some biggest announcements from NVIDIA and Qualcomm over the weekend, the real fun begins when the show floor opened.
Tom’s guide team is in force this year and has spent tracking the exhibition hall in Taipei-based shows throughout the day which is looking for the best (and strange) new technology. The good news is that the show is taking place throughout the week, so there is a lot on the way.
So far, we have seen AMD swinging with MSI Claw 8 upgrade, Acer’s foot with OUA with a new smart ring and a unique wireless split keyboard Anguli-to-to-too-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-tooot. And A. But you have probably already guessed.
Here are the 7 best gadgets that we have already seen in the show and remember Go to us on tickets For the latest video of this technique in action.
MSI Plaw A8 AMD Ryzen Z2 with Extreme
Choose a category of PC industry that met for Computex last year as we all exploded and you probably say AI. But, if you chose a second, it will definitely be gaming handheld.
MSI has dug Intel with the new version of its paw 8 gaming handheld for AMD and with this, the decision keeps this machine in a new league. We p. During a session of lies, they were able to receive an 8 -inch display at a fully closed 100 FPS. There have also been ergonomic improvements that add it to someone to make a real contender for someone who want the best gaming-on-a-go experience they can get.
This is still the claw 8, so we have got the same giant 80Wh battery, which is up to 24GB RAM and a grand 1080p 120Hz display. It is enough to stop and forget us for a minute nintendo switch 2.
Nvidia RTX 5060 GPU
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang appeared on stage to officially reveal the RTX 5060 in Computex 2025 and the card went on sale a few hours later with prices starting from $ 299 on May 19.
The main concerns on the card were due to 8GB video memory (VRAM) (recently Indiana Jones and The Great Circle such as AAA games and The Great Circle required 12 GB) and this fact did not provide any sample of cards for the media for premature testing for independent testing.
We got time on some hands with five games on RTX 5060 under NVIDIA scenarios and the results were very impressive. But time will tell whether this latest card represents a good purchase or not. If you want to choose one for yourself, then we are currently monitoring the best places to buy RTX 5060.
Asus Rog Strix Ace XG248QSG
Asus Rog Strix Ace XG248QSG was a gaming monitor who caught our eye on the show because it focuses on almost completely the fastest refresh rate screen in the world. The refresh rate is up to 610Hz which is about 100 times faster than the average human.
Along with this it is a 0.1MS response time and 0.8MS input delays that guarantees closely-innovative reactions to any movement you have made. It is beyond that what the most mortal needs from a screen, but it can be a staple of professional eSports when a release.
Asus did not give a price for this monitor, but after going to the eyes with our managing editor in Computex, computing Jason England feels that it will be around the $ 1,200 mark.
Asas ROG Phalcata Keyboard
We have seen a lot of magnetic keyboards of a few small brands over the years, but it is a little different from Asas because it not only features magnetic switch, it is also wireless.
It is called Rog Falcata Keyboard and it is a 75% keyboard divided just below the middle, although you can keep both ends together if you want. It is mostly designed for gaming and magnetic switches are quickly becoming new hotness.
They give more accuracy to gamers, which are able to fix an activation point to their choice (or where a key is registered, when you press down on a key) to their choice.
Phalkata has been slated to release this heat and unfortunately, we have no pricing information yet. But you can read the first impression of my colleague Anthony Spadfora on the keyboard after spending some typing time with it in Taipei.
Acer freesense ring
The newly announced Acer in OURA Ring 4 and Samsung Galaxy Ring has some competition in the form of Freesense Smart Ring that provides biometric tracking, health and sleep monitoring and even individual insight into a light titanium design.
Acer is not the first brand that you think it comes for health tracking, but this ring will not take you down with any membership fee beyond the price of $ 199.
The ring comes in seven total sizes (7–13) and weighs between 2 and 3G depending on the size you have chosen. It has received the option of either a matte black or glossy rose gold finish and Acer quotes a battery life of up to four days.
We have to test it properly to see if it matches the best smart rings, but it is encouraging other brands to see the needle in this fast -popular wearing category.
