After burning for years, I took serious action to automate many tasks. Since then, I was nowhere, as I used to be. I automate the work related to work and areas in my personal life.

    6

    My recurring monthly expenses

I like to keep an eye on my income and expenses to ensure that I am maintaining a good cash flow. Previously, I used to add all my expenses manually. This caused me stress because I always had to ensure that I added everything myself.

After automating my own business expenses for a long time, I realized that doing the same with my personal outgoing would save even more time. Fixed monthly expenses, such as my rent and software subscription, are now set as recurring. I only need to add things that are more chaotic.

I track my monthly expenses with trapped, which also has a feature that allows you to integrate your bank to automate everything. The only reason for using this device is that the banking service I used is not listed.

    5

    Malware scanning

While scanning for malware is certainly important, it is not something I want to spend a lot of my time. However, it became a problem when I did not scan my device for several months. While nothing happened during this period, I quickly realized that I was putting myself in unnecessary danger.

Since automating the malware scan, my computer now looks out for dangers every day. I use malwarebights and am very happy with it, but at the same time, various great options of malwarebights premium exist. For example, if I had a Windows computer, I would consider Windows Defender.

    4

    File backup

It is very easy to set up the data backup strategy quickly, and one of the main methods I do is by automating my file backup. Already, whenever I felt so, I used to backup the material. This, however, will always keep me at mercy to be potentially wrong. If so, I would have lost all my important files and folders.

I mainly use iCloud to return my files automatically. All I’ve done to go to my iPhone or iPad settings and togle Back up this (device) Speciality Since I find 5GB free allowance very limited, I upgraded to iCloud+ and there is no regrets in doing so.

With my computer, I can use the time machine to return my device normally automatically. Doing this means that I have less to worry about whether something goes wrong, and if I need to wipe everything for whatever reasons I can restrain my computer quickly.

    3

    My calendar schedule

I just change my schedule every week under the guide of “well, I just want to shake things and keep it interesting”. However, I have learned from experience that not having a consistent routine gives results that I want 10 times more difficult. In addition, I unnecessarily emphasized myself.

    Time blocked in google calendar

I have now automated most of my calendar schedule by adding a clear routine, I can follow with minimal changes each week. However, I also understand that I sometimes need to add things on short notice. With my email, it is very easy to add events to the Google calendar to Gmail. I had to enable it in my settings because it is not on default (I live in the European Union).

Tools such as Zapier are also helpful to add events to my calendar, which is one of the best email productivity devices to save hours.

    2

    Work closing

I usually use a project management tool to monitor my daily tasks and large assignments. But when they are good to keep everything in one place, I always forgot to complete the tasks. This will essentially take into the long list where I had to remove everything myself.

To deal with this problem, I completed the automatic task. Every time I trigger something (for example, publishing an article), I can complete my project. Many project management tools require you to pay for such features, but I use Zapier to meet my desired results.

In addition to automating tasks in various software tools, it is also possible to automate daily tasks in Windows 11 and other operating systems.

    Phone focus mode

Focus mode is one of the best ways that I prevent myself from getting distracted while working. To save time, I automate when I want everyone to switch themselves. Time-based activism can work, but location-based focus mode is much better for me.

With this feature, I can turn on my work focus mode when I arrive at my colleague location and workouts when I am in my gym. It takes very little time to install, and from my experience, it has been a full game-changer.

Burnouts have been made very easy by automating my daily tasks, and some simple changes have made a significant improvement in my overall welfare. I am more productive, too, which is a good sub -product.
