After the years of my phone, after a productivity is crutch, I have turned it into a machine that moves me fast towards my goals. Customizing my focus mode to be more current has been one of the largest game-scenes in this regard.

screen orientation
When I first wanted to take productivity more seriously, I noticed that what was on my screen played a big role that I was so focused (or unfocused) I was. If I had distracted wallpapers and widgets, it became very easy for me to stop working and do something else.
Before I know this, I will be distracted for the next 20 minutes and are unable to go back to the track. In search of a solution to the issue, I turned to screen optimization.
With focus mode settings on my iPhone, I can choose a new screen saver when a certain mode is capable. I can choose from the patterns and images saved in my camera roll, with the default people from my iPhone gallery.
In addition to customizing my screennsever, I have the option to change the home page of my phone if needed. If you try them and they do not work for you, it can help to turn your iPhone into a dumb phone (if you use Android device instead DITTO).

Setting automated schedule
Smartphones often have smart schedules that activate the attention of different periods based on your previous habits. Generally, while being reliable, it helps if you do not have to wait for it to be active. If you notice that this is not a time, then you will have to go manually in your settings.
When I am trying to work, I do not like to side-track, and as a result, I set myself automatic daily schedule. With my phone, I can do this based on time; This is generally good, but I sometimes have inspiration and want to work inconsistent hours.
The Big Game-Chanceer, in my opinion, is location-based focus mode scheduling. When I reach my colleague place, I can set it to run it.
Another option would have to activate a mode while opening an app, but to be honest, it does not work very well for me. Nevertheless, your mileage may be different; So I recommend to try it myself.

Hide the notification
Closing most of my equipment information has been one of the easiest ways to touch my productivity. While I am working, I do not want to bother with the constant noise on my screen. Most notifications are not only very important; The world will not know if I wait a few hours to answer a lesson.
When activating focus mode on my smartphone, I tolerate the information badge option to hide. By doing this, I no longer look at the red counted icon on my home screen for each app that I have blocked. Doing this means that I have zero temptation to clean the bubbles.
In addition to controlling information on my phone, I do the same on my computer, Apple Watch and iPad. If you do not use iPhone, you can also control information on Android.

Not showing information on my lock screen
In addition to closing the notification badge, I also refuse to show information on my lock screen. When I kept this facility and tried to rely on the willpower completely, I was constantly distracted. My working day was more than one hour than being caused by these works.
To make this change, I only selected silent information> always. In addition to calming information from apps, this feature does not give me incoming call notification.
I have taken countless steps to limit access to the apps distracted on my phone. First and foremost, I removed all the most disturbing, such as Instagram and Gmail. After doing this, I used a screen time-limiting app to prevent myself from overconsation in any way.
When using focus mode on your phone, I only allow apps related to my functions. This means that I do not have my messages or anything equal. I can choose which apps I want to silence information and people whom I want to enable.
By limiting your apps, it means that no information I receive is the end of the world if I do not see them. Enabling this device is one of the easiest ways to maximize focus mode on an iPhone.

Using focus filter
Focus filter is another simple but effective way, when I am working, the app is an effective way to fix the app access. I can use them for many apps, such as allowing only some people’s messages. Doing this means that I know that whatever I get is really necessary and is worth answering quickly.
Another cool feature is that I can set deep focus session directly with the Opal app in my focus mode settings. It becomes much easier than going to the Opal app and turning on itself. I could also add other filters, such as calendars – but I have not found it necessary personally.
My phone’s focus mode has been one of the simplest methods that I am doing. I complete my work much faster than before, and I also feel that it is easy to present while talking to others.
