Task management and two-do list apps provide many benefits. They make your personal and work life easy to plan and avoid remembering important tasks. They remind you of important accessories, when you often do many duties.
Google task It is one of the most widely used task management apps with its cooperation with the world’s leading email and search engine provider. This app is completely free, unlike many rival devices, which require monthly or annual membership.
I tested Google tasks to evaluate its professionals and opposition and helped you decide whether it is meaningful. Read to know what it provides and if it is your ideal work management app.
Google Work: Plans and Pricing
As mentioned, Google does not spend a penny to use the task. You can download it or access it for free from web browser. The only requirement is a Google account that you already have.
Google functions: features
Google tasks are one of the simplest and easiest work management apps I tested. It does not have the most advanced features available in some rival apps, but it fulfills its main objective of enabling users to make effective schedules.
After downloading Google task or logging in through web browser, you will see the “+ Create” button displayed prominently in the top corner. By clicking on this button, you can create a new task.
While creating any task, you will fill the title, details, date and time. You can set the task to recur, eg, repeat daily or weekly. After making the work, Google will send you information at the scheduled time.
When using the mobile app, you will get a push notification directly on your smartphone. You can also get an email notification for work.
After creating a task, you can create several subtarks below it. For example, you can make a work called “Reimber to Discussion (Topic)” called “Reimber to Discussion (Topic)” in the meeting. You will be informed about the main task and its sub -classes at the scheduled time.
I liked that Google sinks basically in work equipment. For example, I created a task on a web browser and received a notification on the smartphone app. When you create or edit a task, it automatically sinks into any device or web browser you log in.
Google functions are also basically integrated with other Google products. For example, you can access your work list within the Gmail app. You can add, transfer, or remove these functions within your Gmail dashboard.
Integration with Google accessories enables you to create tasks through voice commands. When you ask Google Assistant to set the reminder, it is automatically saved as a task within Google functions. You can edit the reminder from your Google task dashboard, and Google assistant will alert you about the updated information.
I enjoyed setting reminders on Google task and getting voice alert on my Google Home Mini. This is a suitable example of third-party integration, which makes Google tasks a intuitive list app.
Similarly, you can access your saved tasks on Google Drive, Calendar, Docks, Chat and many other tools. Integration enables a convenient access to your two-two list, ensuring that you do not miss the important reminder.
My main complaint is that Google does not offer advanced associate facilities. For example, some two-do list apps let you share tasks with other users. On these apps, you can share a reminder list with your colleagues, friends and family. Anyone can add reminder to these lists for the entire group, enables spontaneous cooperation; However, the Google task lacks this facility.
Google work is more than an individual work management app compared to a colleague. It works firmly for personal use, but is not best for teamwork.
Google Task: Interface and Use
There is a direct interface in the Google task that is easy to understand. There is nothing complicated in its interface, as it revolves around the main feature of making tasks.
On the web browser, the features are arranged neatly to the left, and the dashboard is on the right. The mobile app uses the same system.
With a white background and some other colors to highlight the elements, you can easily navigate Google functions as a user for the first time. The only learning state can access your functions from other Google Apps, but it is still easy.
Google Task: Customer Assistance
Google Task: Customer Assistance
Google provides detailed user guides and manual about its task app. You can go to the official aid page and learn about the facilities of the Google task and how to navigate it. If you are facing issues with the app, this page helps you to troubleshoot and solve them.
Google does not provide the best direct support for consumer app, but the task is a simple and free solution that you do not need direct support.
Google Work: Competition
Apple Remrator is the main Google Task Rival I want to highlight. I have tested both platforms extensively, keeping in mind their professionals and opposition compared to each other.
The Apple Remnitor is a more spontaneous and collaborative work management tool. This allows you to better organize your tasks and share function lists with other iCloud users. This is a free tool that you can install on the iOS device or access from the web browser.
However, Apple Reminders has a defect: unlike Google functions, there is no Android app, which is available on both iOS and Android.
Google Task: Final decision
Google work is an excellent app for managing your personal activities. It makes scheduling and makes your activities easier and keeps you alert about important tasks. It is not the most advanced work management tool, but it excels in its main function. I wish, Google Task had more collaborative features like some rival devices, but we don’t always find what we want.
