Apple is known to make excellent hardware, whether it is MacBook or iPhone. But I am not a fan of its software; So I dug these Apple apps and replaced them with some third-party options.
I like Gmail on Stock Mail app

I find the Gmail app simple and much more straight to use. The most important thing for me is that all inboxes for my separate email address are kept separate. In this way, I do not get confused with the messages I receive. In addition, its interface is similar to the Gmail website, which I have been using for more than a decade, so I am more comfortable using Google’s email client.
Apple’s calendar app confuses me
After setting Gmail, the next thing I downloaded on my iPhone was that Google Calendar AppI liked the latter because it was easy for me to see all my schedule at a glance, especially because it was easy to set different color code for my different calendars.
In addition, the monthly view on the Google calendar allows me to see the text better on my schedule, so I do not need to zoom in or go to the weekly scene, just to see what I am going to do.
I like different view mode that offers Google calendar-it has schedule, day, 3 days, week and month views, which makes both long-term and short-term plan easy with this app. I can easily close the specific calendar from the sidebar, while I am at work, I can give me a cleaner view when I want to close the specific calendar (such as birthdays and holidays).

Safari is not bad, but this browser fits my needs better.
I chose Microsoft’s browser because I mainly use it on my Windows laptop and MacBook Air. Microsoft Edge has many features that do not have Google Chrome, and it consumes less resources than Google Chrome (at least on my Windows PC). In addition, the browser lets me use the extension when running on your Android phone, making it more useful.
Apple Note does not sink for my non-Apple devices
Phone notes are useful for taking down the notes, as they are always with you. In this way, whenever inspiration takes me out from anywhere, I can immediately down it on my device. However, I do not use apple notes, just because it is exclusive to Apple devices. Instead, I use two different apps: Google Keep and Microsoft Onnote. I like these two apps because they can sync with almost all the devices I used.
I use Google Keep For small notes, because it is very fast and easy to use. This is very easy, especially I can assign a unique color in each note category, and I can also see all my notes at a glance – they do not need to open them individually. They are perfect for shopping list, reminder and small ideas.
But for long ideas, I use OnnotThis app allows me to sort my notes into separate notebooks, which makes it perfect to take and organize notes by clients and topics. Apart from only writing, I can also add pictures and draw on onenote, which can make visualization very easy. And because it sinks on my Windows PC, iPhone, iPad and Android phones, I can easily find these notes, no matter what kind of device I use.
Apple’s top notch hardware is sometimes conducted back by strange software decisions. Thankfully, these third-party apps help me take maximum advantage of my iPhone, allowing me to be far more productive than using stock software.
