After being teased in early May, the new tap for the convenience for Samsung Wallet is eventually available in the United States.
New features use NFC chips in Samsung devices to pay peer-to-peer (P2P). This week the facility is rolling.
There are some caves with the facility available. It is available only for visa and mastercard debit cards (and only available with US card in the United States). The qualified card needs to be stored in your Samsung wallet to send money to the people.
According to Samsung, it can be used to interact with the recipient’s card in their digital wallets, including Samsung Wallet, Google Wallet and Apple Wallet.
Additionally, Samsung says that tap to transfer will also work with physical debit card (visa or master card) that supports tap-to-pay.
Like Google and Apple Wallet, owners of Galaxy phones can store some cards including driver’s license, tickets, membership cards and boarding passes, some names.

Some limitations
It should be noted that these transfer are not free. On the FAQ page for convenience, it states that “1.75% fee (minimum $ 0.25) applies to each transaction. The fee applies only to the sender.” Currently, there is no fee for “limited time”, but it is not clear when the window will close.
There is also a limit to how much money you can send through tap for transfer. It will not pay less than $ 1 and you can send $ 500 to single transactions with only $ 500 daily range.
For device compatibility, you need to run android 12 or higher.
This feature is now available, but it is rolling out. If you do not have immediate access to tap for transfer, please allow one or two days.
