    American Senate to consider Trump’s pick for CFTC President

    Former Commissioner of American Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Brian Quintez may get an opportunity to preside over the agency after his nomination by President Donald Trump, who moved to the Senate Agricultural Committee.

    According to the calendar of the American Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, Quintage Will Feel like For hearing on 10 June to consider his nomination as CFTC President. The nomination hearing follows the departure of the summer Merceder of the Commissioners and Christie Goldsmith Romero in the end of May, leaving only a five-seat panel with only two Senate-confused members until 1 June.

    The possible confirmation of quintage is expected to result in a complete change in the leadership of CFTC. Former chairman Rostin Behnam left the agency in February, and with the departure of Romero and Mercenger, only to remain by acting president Caroline Fam and Commissioner Christin Johnson – both have announced a plan to depart after the enrollment of Quintage and “this year” respectively.
