Samsung wants to clean the list of passive accounts under its belt. The company has recently sent a notice to customers with a Samsung account that has not been used in 24 months, given that any passive account will be removed July 31,2025.

There was a time when your Samsung phone can be understood by having an account. However, if you have turned into a separate brand of the phone at any point, you must have forgotten about that old account. It is possible that whatever reason you chose to go into a new one.
