To settled your switch 2 console through your pace with gamers around the world, we are looking at a group of media outlets with eager social media and reddit Users, reports how they are getting battery life thus so far.
For complete transparency, we have so far run a rigorous battery test in Nintendo Life, but from the individual experience of this writer it is taking it around the two -hour mark, almost Mario Cart World or The Legend of Zelda: to fix the things while playing the role of the Tiers of the Kingdom. Our editor, Gavin, are also getting about the same running Welcome Tour.
This can be disappointing, although it falls too much in in line that we hope has been officially indicated by Nintendo 2-6 hours Estimates and broadly similar to switch 1 (before it see some model modification).
Gamers are reporting almost the same figures in some cases online. However, it seems that the increasing number of folk says that they are not even managing to reach a 2-hour mark while playing big games.
Of course, with the fact that Mario Cart World is such a big, beautiful, online kind of deal, we hope that the battery will dry up fast, but it is not very good news to see, in some scenarios, people are not clearly out of two hours.
What is more (and we can confirm this one), battery in standby mode – when you set your switch 2 down for the evening – in some cases it seems to be dry quickly. It seems that it goes up to 59% from a full fee on some console, (as it left with me overnight).
Given some reactions to the above post, there is a complete herd of players who find that the battery is flowing very quickly to their choice. Obviously, there are many factors at work here; Screen shine, downloading in the background, whether you are using gameChat, and so on, but a pattern of complaints is developing.
We are doing some of our own tests and will return with our own official findings in the appointed time. But, in the interim, we would like to hear how you have found the battery so far. How was this Mario Cart? What about ‘small’ games? And, if you have time to pay attention, how does the battery do in rest mode?
And make sure to tell us about your experiences with switch 2 batteries in the comments. Are some games giving you better results?
