I love Star trek (Not you, Lower deck) But even the best shows have a perfect part of the episode of silly, dumb, or completely baffling. Sometimes the authors have taken their plots out of a cap filled with words, and then somehow the episode makes it all the way to transmit it.
Now, there are “bad” episodes that are dear, and I don’t want to knock on those because there is no trek Pass To be serious at all times. However, this ten episodes are completely shameful,
In USA, you can stream Star trek But Paramount plusIn most other areas, you can catch the show NetflixList below No rank, Episode numbers may vary in some areas or services where two-part episodes are mixed into one.

Spock brain- TOS season 3, episode 1
I can’t be Very TOS is harsh on what the show was still doing ground work for whom Star trek will be. Like classic episode Trouble with tribes Stupid, camp, but still good. However, I can’t say the same about this Spock brain And even the actors knew this. Leonard Nimoy was the famous “embarrassed” all -time after shooting this episode, and many TOS fans consider it the worst episode of the series.
Originally, a foreign surgery removes the brain of the spock and the episodes revolve around the crew trying to get it back. The best part of the whole thing is that bones make a device that lets it around the body of a pilot spock like a remote control toy.

Threshold- Voyager season 2, episode 15
This is not a rank list, but if it was Limit It will be at the top (or is it down?). This absolute honor of an episode appears to Captain Janwe and Tom Paris, three children of strange Salamander Things, Met, and then they change back by the doctor. If you were thinking, leave “children” on the planet of his birth.
This entire set of events is set by Tom Paris to experiment with rapid fabric techniques, and if you look at the building blocks of the episode, it can be good. However, as you really see Limit You will find your face sticking firmly with your palm because the stupidity of Aadhaar slowly comes out.

Honor Code- TNG Season 1, Episode 4
Also as a staunch Star Trek: Next generation Fan, I have to accept that the first season of the show does not cover itself in glory for most parts. Fourth episode, Honor codeIt is so crainge-worthy that I find it really difficult to see these days.
This episode will have a difficult time to pass the muster in the cultural context of the original series, so it is surprising that it made it on television in the late 80s.
The original plot is that the Federation requires a vaccine to treat a vicious plague. This cannot be repeated for some reason, so they need to interact with people called ligonians. Their culture is tribal and respect-based, with strict gender roles. All Ligonian actor also occur with African-American, and the Ligonian culture is African-coded.
The leader of the Ligonian people kidnapped Tasha Yaar, as he wanted her, although it is discovered that he was using it for just a few over-complex internal political conspiracy. Honestly, the original bones of the episode are actually fine, but, unfortunately, the execution lacks self-awareness and it is clearly closed as racist. Whether it was intent or not.
In addition, a battle scene between Tasha Yaar and his ligonian rival is so silly that it fights with the fight of Kirk like John Vik.

Eden Way- Season 3, Episode 20
This is one with space hippie. See, I know that science fiction is not really about the future, it is about the problems of its time, but the way this episode depicts the 60s counter-culture, it is best problematic, and music bits are best seen with your TV on the mute. Well, I think it’s not worse than Leonard Nimoy Gathagit Bilbo Baggins,

Sub Rosa-TNG season 7, episode 14
Look, to enjoy Star trek You have to suspend your mistrust slightly. From waste technology to plots that often have more in favor of imagination than magic, you need to give some space now and then some space.
However, I am Dr. To draw the line in the crusher relationship Space with a ghost on a trip to Scotland. Well, the show at the end tries to explain that the ghost was really some kind of foreigner, but let’s be real, it was just an excuse to create some kind of Gothic horror romance story.

These trips are… -Raprase Season 4, Episode 22
I was one of those who did not like prequel Venture The series which was very much at first, but finally it increased on me. So I was very sad when the show ended with just four sessions, but worse, it ended at a terrible low-point.
In These are trips… we are suddenly torn since the time period Enterprise, And instead the episode is effectively implicated Next generation Like an additional set of events for the TNG episode “The Pegasus”, the recurrence is characterized by the recurrence and the troy. Originally, the recurrence is looking through a recording from Archer’s ship on Halodac to help deal with his issues in the 24th century.
While this episode was clearly intended to please trek fans, who was finishing it, he was robbing the characters from his own proper end show, and so it seems like canceling compared to sending a proper.

Benefits and lace – DS9 season 6, episode 23
Quark is one of my favorite characters of all time, and I enjoy the big and bigger I will turn, but Profit and lace The shark jumped in so many ways. It is ham-fisted and includes a sex change to quark, A Very Unwanted romantic interest throughout the show, and a law will turn the clear collapse of civilization that will now allow women to wear clothes. Watch it at least once, but it is a great skipable episode on repeating Deep Space 9 Scene.

Justice- TNG season 1, episode 8
This is another first season episode that feels that TNG was still trying to model itself on TOS, and the plot could be directly in my opinion from Kirk’s show.
The crew of the enterprise visits a world that looks like a heaven, but obviously There is some dark secret. In this case, it is revealed that they punish every crime with a death sentence. When we accidentally break a greenhouse for some flowers and an officer of law tries to give him a deadly injection, I don’t know, a ticket or something else.
The entire base does not just work, the plot points are unresolved, and the whole thing becomes flat under its weight. I can see how the idea was to create and create a point about cultural relativism or something like that, but the episode does not do any justice on its base.

Tuvix- Voyager season 2, episode 24
Transporter in Star trek Undoubtedly is a suicide machine, because the person who clearly dies, and the person who is rebuilt at the other end Thinks They are original. Eventually, we have two records because the original failed to fail properly. Honestly, the bones knew what was and I was also stuck to the shuttle.
Transporter accidents trek have a common plot device, and Tuviks Probably one of the worst episodes is, not because it is bad (a lot of people love it) but because the public is forced to make one of the most bone moral decisions in the history of the show.
Spooler alert, just if you haven’t seen twics. Go and look at it first and make your opinion.
Ready? Okay, so Tuvok and Neelix are included in a newly designated twics, and it seems irreversible so the twics starts integrating with the crew. Tuvix is an improvement on the lack of both its “parents” and people grow to like it. Doctors then explain a way to separate Tuvok and Neelix, but at the cost of the survival of Twics.
Tuvix correctly explains that he is currently a living person and cannot be executed to revive two people who have already gone. Doctors refuse to do this process as it violates the hippocratic oath, so Janwe simply moves forward and effectively kills Twixes so that he will return to two crew members. Despite the plea of his life.
There are two things that make this conspiracy a deep fool for me. First of all, it is clearly an incorrect moral option that the character of Janwe is damaged, as it often has to make hard decisions, usually makes the right choice. Second, based on what we know about the transporters and what happened to the two recurses, it was definitely a way to preserve Tuvics and reorganize two original crew members, who remind me, still not the original characters. They are dead in any way.
