The Victoria Secret has restored all the important systems affected by the May 24 security incident that forced it to shut down the corporate system and e-commerce website.
The company operates about 1,380 retail stores in around 70 countries and reported a net sale of $ 1.353 billion for the first quarter of 2025, with an forecasted net sales range of up to $ 6.3 billion for the year.

It also believes that this phenomenon will have no physical effect on its annual fiscal results, even if it can continue the expenses related to the attack.
Victoria Secret said, “We immediately implemented our response protocol to incorporate and eradicate unauthorized network access, and the third party experts were imposed.
“We continue to assess the full scope and impact of the event. This incident has not created a physical disruption in our operation till date and we do not believe that it will be a physical impact for our financial year 2025.”
Quarterly income delayed
As the company revealed after revealing the incident last month, the corporate system as a precaution was forced to take down some in-store services and e-commerce websites as a precaution.
A secret spokesperson from Victoria told Blapping connecting that fashion retail legends were working to restore operations and hired external experts to investigate the violation.
In a press release of June 3, Victoria Secret stated that it had to release financial results for the first quarter, as the essential systems during the process were inaccessible after the attack.
“The restoration process has prevented employees from reaching some systems and information required to release the company’s financial results for the first quarter to end on May 3, 2025,” he said. “As a result, the company is postponing its first quarter declared the first quarter 2025 income release and earnings call webcast date.”
Victoria Secret did not respond to an email from BlappingCopper, requesting more details on the nature of the event, and no rangesware operation has since claimed responsibility for the attack.
The security phenomenon follows a series of target attacks that target other fashion companies in recent weeks, including French luxury fashion brand cartier and dyer. The German Games giant Adidas was also dissolved last month, in which the danger actors stole some of their customers’ data after hacking the customer service provider’s system.
Starting from April, a campaign associated with scattered Spider Threat actors and Dragonforce Rainmware Gang also target several retailers in the United Kingdom, including Marx and Spencer, Co-Oop and Herods.
