Reddit is making it easier to reduce the effects of your comments. The company is starting a detailed analysis for the comments that measures ideas and other engagement matrix. Reddit shared changes in the form of a large batch How it handles comments on its stage.
Comment insight upvotes (including ratio of upvotes ratio), will provide details around answers, ideas, shares and awards. Additionally, Redditors will now be able to share comments as a standalone post on Reddit.
The platform is also adding a draft feature to the comments that will allow people to save up to 20 drafts for 14 days. According to Reddit, the drafts will automatically save, so that you can see your ideas again if you navigate away from the page or leave the app mid-comment. In an update Reddit stated that the draft “is still in its early repetition” and it can explain how the convenience in future versions works.
Changes are the latest methods that Reddit has added more flexibility around the comments in recent weeks. Earlier this month, the company stated that it would allow users to their remarks from their profiles.
