Peak design is building on the success of its innovative journey Tippai. Photography is launching a new Pro Tipi on the photography accessory maker kickstarter. The latest model comes in three tastes: Pro Light, Pro and Pro Tall. As you can expect, their prices (already expensive) travel are dwarf with tripod.
The pro tripi is extended to greater hardness and maximum height. It has strong legs, an all-CNC-disciplined hub and an ED angled center column. This doubles the weight capacity of the tripi, which supports 20 pounds. New Pro Tipi and Pro Tall Tipi Each Support 40 LBS. Meanwhile, the Pro Light Tipi handles a little less at 35 pounds.
When packed, pro models take more space than travel models, but they will still fit easily in a backpack. Pro and Pro Light Tipi measures below just 20 inches. The pro long tripod is to turn down to 22.9 inches below. Pro and Pro long models weigh more than 4 pounds, while Pro Light weighs 3.7 pounds.
Peak design is also selling new goods for people with the most demanded needs. The tilt modes will be required for those who require the most smooth video. This converts the standard ball head of the pro line to a liquid pan-end-tint. The pro leving base enables to level quickly on uneven terrain. And pro spikes will help the foot trippi catching slippery or loose ground.
If you think the trip tripi was expensive, okay, handle yourself. The Pro Light Tipi is estimated to be estimated at $ 800. The cost of Pro Tipi is expected to cost $ 900. And the Pro will be retail for the long trippai approximately $ 1,000. They are “approximate” prices as the products are reaching only the kickstarters. But, as often occurs in the case of crowdfunding, promising quickly will give you a discount.
If you agree in pricing, it is okay, it makes perfectly understandable. But consider that the peak design is actually targeting professionals here. It is not uncommon to see a trippai from brands such as RRS and Gitzo. Engadget has planned to review the Pro Tripod to stand for a supporter level needs.
The Pro Light Tipi is expected to ship in October. Meanwhile, the company is targeting for Pro and Pro Tall models for February 2026. You can learn more in video down and down Kickstarter page,
