A post-epocalliptic world is a common setting for video games, and we have seen many of them with a fantasy or science fiction taste. My favorite, however, is the current apocalypse, where something has gone very wrong, and is dependent on the common people to deal with it. You will need to erase an attack rifle or gun to fix a dam, so that you will only need to find a tunnel of tuna, or you will also have to feel excited on some painkillers in the medicine cabinet of a long house. It has always been a very funny juicepression that the worldly became dangerous as a foreigner, and it is one of the best aspects of the apocalypse entertainment of any modern day.
For this reason, when I first got a glimpse of it, I was very interested in avoiding the fall. A great large meteor has bounced the Earth’s face, making it something strange from the outer location with it. The result is the end of civilization and the emergence of dangers that could only be imagined in the dream of fever, because it is said to be a corrupt that stasis begins to move to the large tracts of the Earth.
Developer Angry Bulls Studios set us in resulting devastation as things seem upwards. Times have been difficult with climate issues, lack of resources, a lot of violence and an attractive potential extinct, but it seems that mankind is reaching the point where it can start looking at the future with some hopes. The problem is that things can look better for the rest of the world, but can still be very serious for your character and their friends.
It is up to you that you build a colony, food, medicines, and companions left, and the Shepherd people search for better and bright future. Of course, Hope may die quickly when the reality of things is faced.
Equipment at your disposal

Avoid collapse gameplay. Boil two separate main mode. First, during the days, you build your time and organize your base. The remaining people need somewhere to call home, and it means that buildings, rooms and resources need to be managed. At night, you roam the world in search of resources and to complete various missions. You cannot live in the protection of your settlement forever, and if you expect to survive you should embrace the risk.
Central you are left for both those modes. Each is different and will come with some forms of expertise. Some people can be very good in forging, while others may be great in hidden bodies. One can be a skilled carpenter that can form well structures, while the other is better in the drug. It is up to you who is good and give them relevant jobs to take advantage of your strength.

The base management aspect of survival survival is both fun and attractive, and by making constant decisions make you feel that you are doing a job instead of playing a game. As you play through the game, you will unlock the new parts of the skill trees that allow you to expand with new construction options.
Can also be attacked at night on the basis, so you always need to believe that there is some kind of danger. Your home base is not any kind of utopia, and you will not always be to defend it. This is a fun wrinkle for your plan, where some decisions have to be spent to spend your resources.
This is a dog-eating dog world

The second part of the gameplay loop occurs at night, when it is time to leave. Due to the scary nature of the world rather, there is a limit to which ventures can actually do outside the base, and exploration, combat, and resource collecting declines for a handful of people. Like with the base-beding section, individual characters will excel on various aspects of this mode.
You will see an interesting thing as you lift through piles of coaches, food, pills and other gifts. It is much greater loot than space to carry it. At some point, the developers appeared to decide that the inventory management was part of the small, sharp burst core mechanic, so if you are not careful then you are juggling a lot of items.
When you leave the base, it is a good idea to know what you want to bring and focus on it. You may not expect to bring back everything you get, so you will need to make a lot of decisions in the area.
This part is also real time. The easiest way to describe this is an action RPG with a stagnation function that allows you to take action for party members that you are not actively controlling yourself. It can be fun and quite frantic, but when I was playing it, it also proved to be a small car experience. Character orientation can stuck without any reason, a hard break when you need to face your enemy.
The character I was not controlling, sometimes stuck on the area or stops moving without any reason. I will also regularly run on an issue where the enemy’s vision cone was not presented. The worst is not the worst in the world, because you can understand it for yourself on a large scale, but still an issue. This section of survival surely seems a little stilted, although it is still fun for those who enjoy this type of gameplay. Is Stealth/Action RPG Combat on display the best in class here? Not even close, but it is still a fun time with some nuances and its own attractions.
Bad side of apocalypse

It is a matter of regret that the game does not run very well after a little bit in the game. Open world maps are fun to find, but when they are packed with items, loot and enemies, they can chug together. I was also not a big fan of the camera. This allows you to look around in all directions, but it sticks to a character, and you cannot change the height or angle, which will be looking at the very good around the atmosphere and will also help in finding vapoints or stealth gameplay in general.
The enemy AI can also be quite strange. Sometimes, they just start getting confused, bunches without any real reason, and I often saw that the pathing breaks after distracting them; They never returned to a patrol and where they were, they lived forever, whoever distracted them in the first place. Probably the most serious issue, they will not react to gunshots, explosions, or other noise without any reason. It is a shame, because the idea of real -time world exploration to gather your resources and fight enemies is very fun, but it is slightly thicker around the edges.

It is also one of the main ideas that you do not really want to make a lot of noise when the enemies are close when the enemy is close. For example, if you rob a box, while an enemy is on the other side of a wall, they will hear it and come to see what is happening. It is blunt as a source of fear when you just see a barrel flying ten feet above an enemy, without cares for them.
Speaking around the edges, the story is definitely a hit or miss, and the English translation is actually a lot to be desired. The dialogue felt very solid and strange, it can be to rob any real effect with odd phrases and word options. On the contrary, the options mature and will affect your end, although I do not personally know how many times I will see the campaign again to see what differences are.

There is a fun game to survive that makes very correct, but its rough edges, insects and adaptation issues also mean that it never reaches heights. There are many good ideas here, and patients with base management and survival games can find a lot to love. It is a matter of regret that that love is not unconditionally, and your patience can be tested while playing sometimes.
He said, I am eager to see if the game gets a sequel below the line and what kind of changes the developers have implemented so that they can improve the formula that they have started cooking here. Remember, sometimes the sequel is actually better than the original.
Surviv the Fall is available on PC through Steam, The Epic Games Store and Gog. A code was provided by the publisher for this review.
