Nothing is transferring its global marketing works to India, the Deputy Brand CMF, the company’s co-founder Akis Evengelidis announced on Tuesday. The company has listed several new roles on its website, and it is looking to appoint project managers, PR managers, social media material producers and marketing managers in Gurgaon. Nothing and CMF products are assembled at the company’s manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, which take advantage of the incentive (PLI) schemes related to the production designed to promote local manufacturing.

LinkedIn, in a post on Evengelidis revealed CMF was transferring its global marketing works to India, saying that the country was its “most important market”. Nothing a subsidiary sells cheap CMF-branded smartphones and wireless goods in India and other markets.

Nothing is the only smartphone brand to focus its attention in India. Earlier this year, Apple increased the production of iPhone in the country, to allegedly diversify its supply chain and soften the impact of tariffs on China by US President Donald Trump.
The UK brand recently launched Nathing Phone 3 as its latest high-end smartphone, which is its most expensive product to date. Nothing is the successor of Phone 2, on July 15, India and other markets are set to go on sale.
