New Hemedle The study shows how the tool spread blind spots, more than half the providers experience daily or weekly burnouts
The survey of 80 North American MSP has shown fragmented safety drive drive fatigue, missed dancing and disability of business.
Security equipment for the safety of managed service providers is overwhelming them instead. A new study from Hemedle And Futuresfe The 89% of MSP equipment struggles with integration while 56% experience per day or weekly alert fatigue. Research highlights a dangerous contradiction. MSPs that experience high alert fatigue are quite more likely to remember real dangers.
Many tools deployed to increase security are making blind spots through tiredness.
Paper of problem
The average MSP now runs five safety equipment, with 20% seven to ten and 12% managing more than ten. Only 11% reported seamless integration. The remaining 89% should be flipped between waste time on separate dashboards and manual workflows. One of the four security alerts proves meaningless, some MSP reporting that their 70% alerts are false alarms.
Between the management of 1,000+ customers, 100% reports daily fatigue. “MSPs are drowning in complexity, not hazarding, but to stop them from equipment,” said Hemedle CEO Jasper Fredericseen. “Every new point solution adds another agent, console and alert stream. This noise eliminates people and reduces safety quietly.”
Beyond security operations
The fatigue of the agent is spread beyond the alert management. The disconnected platforms slow down the billing processes, complicated client onboarding, and compliant reporting headaches.
“Agent fatigue is not just a technical issue. It’s a commercial risk,” said Futurefa CEO Jason Whiteharst. “MSP tools are after tools, but they do not work together.”
Solutions hidden in plain vision
Despite the widespread recognition of the problem, only 20% are MSPs Integrated their safety solutionsThose who have reported low alert, fast response time and happy employees.
