    Clouds of Amazon are urging major business leaders to catch their junior employees – and stop changing them with AI.

    On an episode of “Matthew Burman“Podcast that aired on Tuesday, Amazon web services CEO Matt Garon said that using AI tools in place of junior employees was” I was one of the most dumb things to ever heard “because these employees are the lowest expensive” and “the most inclination in your AI Tool. ,

    Garman’s new comments urge companies to hire the talent of entry-level and at one time when Big tech firms like Meta and Microsoft slowed down recent graduates. According to a report released earlier this year by the signalfire, the company analyzing job movements of 650 million employees on LinkedIn, new graduates included 7% new fare in Big Tech companies last year, below 25% in 2023.
