Listening to your own documents is a useful way to catch typo and other mistakes, and learn how your writing really feels. Now, you can read your Google Docks documents strongly courtesy of AI-Inaculated Skills from Mithun AI.

    Floating playback toolbar

On Monday, Google announced a new feature that essentially creates an audio version of your Google Docks documents. By activating this skill, you can read the entire document loudly from beginning to end.

Using a floating, Moved toolbar, you are able to stop and resume the playback, move forward or backward in the document, change the speed, and change the voice. You can also add an audio button to your readers to listen to it.

Google said, “Whether you want to hear your content loudly, absorb better information while reading, or help capture errors in your writing, the audio versions of your documents provide you with clear, natural-rich sounds that read your documents loudly,” said Google. A Monday blog post“You also have the option to customize your audio experience with a variety of voices and playback speed to match your personal priorities.”

    curious? Here’s how it works

Open a document in Google Docs that you want to hear loudly. Click on the tool menu, go to the audio command, and choose “Listen to this tab”. The default voice immediately starts reading your document loudly from the beginning.

Using floating audio toolbar, you can then stop the audio and scrub the front or backwards. Select the button for the playback speed, and you are able to set a speed 0.5 to 2 times at any level.

Not crazy about voice? Click on the three-dot more option button on the toolbar, such as narrators, teachers, teachers, followers, interpreters, coaches, or motivational. To speak each one in your penis, style and pitch, click on the play button in the menu.

Too: I tested the deep research of Chatgate against Gemini, Perplexity, and Grocke AI, which is best

Other people want to hear your document too? On the floating toolbar, click on the more option button and select “Put the audio button”. A “listen to this tab” button is placed in your text cursor position. Anyone who opens the document can click on the button that reads it loudly.

To customize it, hover on the button and select the pencil icon. In the sidebar for the audio button, you are capable of changing the name, shape and color of the button.

    Availability

The new audio skills are available for people with business, enterprise or educational plans for Google workpiece users with AI Pro or AI Ultra subscription. For now, it is accessible only in English and only on the desktop.

Too: Cooperation in Google Drive? Gemini can now hold you on changes made in your files

As a writer, I sometimes read my Microsoft Word Documents vigorously. This ability not only helps me capture spelling and grammar errors, but also hears how my writing really feels. I can then stop the statement, modify any word or sentence that needs to be fixed and resumed. The audio feature in Google Docs is now the same and works smoothly, so it is one that I will turn on now.
