The Meta Quest 3S is a great entry point into the world of virtual reality. According to ZDNET managing editor Kerry Wan, who reviewed the device in 2024, it is superior to the Quest 2, offering several improvements in “performance, capabilities, and user experience”. Most importantly, it’s cheaper than the $500 Quest 3 – especially since Amazon is once again offering a great deal on the headset early in the new year.

You can buy for a limited time meta quest 3s For $349 from retailer, $50 off. Not only this. You’ll also receive a free $50 Amazon digital credit that you can redeem after your purchase to spend as you wish on the online giant. Digital credit is a bonus with many discounted Quest 3S bundles, including the cheapest one for $250 Meta Quest 3S Gorilla Tag Bundle and $349 Meta Quest 3S Batman: Arkham Shadow Bundle,

This digital credit is also offered if you make purchases meta quest 3 For $499.

what’s great about meta quest 3s The thing is, it takes cues from the older generation and the Quest 3, and blends them admirably. For example, it offers the same level of comfort as the Quest 2. It is made mainly of hard plastic and fabric, weighing around 514 grams. Its flexible, Y-shaped head strap allows unrestricted movement while sitting securely on your head. The Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chipset enables the device to load apps faster than its predecessor, maintain stable frame rates, and deliver two hours of battery life.

I would also like to review the $50 credit, as there are some important terms and conditions you should be aware of. First of all, this offer is only applicable to products sold directly by Amazon. Items from third-party sellers are not of quality. This offer does not apply to digital content and is valid only while supplies last. The promotional credit expires on February 17th, 2026 at 11:59pm PT, so you have some time to decide how to spend it.

    How I evaluated this deal

According to ZDNET’s rating system, I give this deal a 2 out of 5. That’s about $20 more than some of the offers ZDNET experts saw during Black Friday this year, but it’s still one of the better prices we’ve seen the Quest 3S sell for. Plus, the complimentary $50 credit to spend as you wish is always a welcome bonus. If you’re considering moving to VR or upgrading from an older model, I suggest taking advantage of the bundle while it’s available.

Deals are subject to sell out or expire at any time, however ZDNET is committed to finding, sharing and updating the best product deals to ensure you get the best savings. Our team of experts regularly checks the deals we share to make sure they are still live and attainable.
