If someone thought about Joel’s death in the last episode Last of us Only one was fake, the third episode initially changed that right. Jackson, the burning debris of Vyoming, Tommy said goodbye to his brother before opening the credit, which did not include Pedro Pascal’s name. No, Joel is not coming back. However, his barbaric murder at the hands of AB was at the center of action anyway.
Episode of three Last of us Season two is called “The Path”, and what is an ideal title. This episode worked to reset our feelings and expectations as to come to come because the people of Jackson decide how, or if, they would also meet with Joel’s killers. This really put us on the “The Path” for the rest of the season.
Three months of Joel’s death have passed and Jackson has used that time to rebuild both physically and emotionally. Ellie spent that time in the hospital and finally recovered. She has to see Gayle before she leaves. Gayle wants to see how Ellie is mentally doing, so Elli tells her what she wants to hear. He is unhappy and angry, of course, but peacefully looks strange, who thinks everyone that he and Joel have left things. Gayle is suspicious of her goodness, but is fine to leave her anyway.
Alili’s Demonor with Gayle is not the same when she reaches home. There he finds Joel’s watch, gifted him from the Tommy, and the things hanging in Joel’s closet. She breaks a little, only to be interrupted by Dina, which has some news. Apparently, when Elli was in the hospital, she asked Dina if she remembers anything about those who had killed Joel and she said she was not. He was a lie. Now that Ellie is cured, Dina revealed that she knows where she (Seattle), what her group is called (Washington Liberation Front, aka WLF), and even some of her names, such as leaders, ABs. Ellie is urinated to Dina, but it is eager to work. They talk to Tommy, who are sympathetic, but say they cannot leave without any plan. The scheme involves bringing the matter to the entire city.

Before the episode is dealt with, outside the Seattle, an eagerness on a nature path cuts things. There, a group of people with scars on their cheeks is running through whistle and communicating. We learn that they are a religious group who are running away from some kind of war. They look fierce but look very harmless when not in danger. Some specific whistles suggest that they are being threatened, however, and the whole group hides. A little girl asks a big man if they are hiding from demons. The man says no. They are hiding from “wolves”. This is a scene that seems a little out at that time, but will be extremely important later in the episode.
At the Town Meeting, Jackson’s council must decide if he is fine with sending a group of people from Seattle to kill AB and his friends. This is a big issue, so the entire city has packed to discuss it. Some do not think it is worth sending a group of their best, leaving the city unsafe, especially after a recent attack. Others, like Seth, think that it has to show its strength. After all, Ellie speaks and says that she not only wants to go for revenge, but what she will do for someone else in the city. The entire point of being a community is the back of each other and she wants them and Joel. All arguments are compelling and notable, but eventually, the council deprived the proposal 8-3.
The meeting was a scene Last of us at its best. Along with this, while carrying forward the story, the audience gave a lot to think. Yes, of course, we want to see Ellie going out and find AB which is clearly going to happen. But is that peback worth risking the lives of others? What does the city get in return? While the show will soon make this option for us, it was interesting to internal this dilemma. Is Ellie asking too much?

Eventually, it does not matter. Losing votes was just a formality. The way Gayle and Tommy discuss beer in the short center field of a small league game, Elli doesn’t matter. She will go alone if she has to do, but she will not have to do it. Dina shows a complete plan of Elli how to reach Seattle. He has found a map, he has got a list of supply, he has got it all. Dina is everything that Ellie needs in her life and, we can see in Ellie’s eyes, she also knows this.
And so, with the help of Seth, Eli and Dina hit the road towards Seattle. At this point, I originally thought that the episode was going to end and the journey across the country would take the next episode or two at least. But Last of us There is no time for him. In a very short period of show time, Dina and Ellie are actually in Seattle in this episode, which is wild. But, of course, some important things are on the way.
First, they visit Joel’s grave. This is a very sad thing. Second, something gentle is tampered with in a tent, discussing the New Year eve. Third, Ellie and Dina decide that WLF is probably a small group because no one has heard of them and they will definitely be able to beat them themselves. This will not be a big deal.
Which brings us back to the mark. Dina and Ellie find themselves on the same path we saw in the first episode and saw the remains of a struggle. On the side, Dina detected a clearing filled with dead bodies, which throws her. When Ellie sees it, we see that it is already the same man and young girl. People including people and children were massacred. And did they not say that they were hiding from wolves? Could they mean WLF?

Ellie and Dina reach Seattle and perform miracles on their horizons. Everything looks calm and they are liking their opportunities. However, when we look at Manny, Danny was played by Ramirez, who was back with AB in Jackson. He is looking for WLF that we see is not a small group. It is a massive massive military appearance. With tank. And armor. And lots and lots of guns. It was going to be difficult to find and kill AB, even if it was with a small group. Now it sounds almost impossible
And so “path” is determined for the rest Last of us Season two. Ellie and Dina are in Seattle Hunting AB and are against unprotected obstacles. Will they find him? Will it be worth it? And what is the story of this group?
