Meta’s new AI Auxiliary App is powered by Lama 4 model.
Meta, Tech Space, like most of the major players, is all-in on AI. In its latest attempt, AI is launching a standalone app for AI partner to rival the choice of Meta Chat. This is called the Meta AI app, and the developer says that it is a more “personal” AI auxiliary experience.

Users can engage in voice conversation with AI assistant, and it will learn their interests and habits to give to them to suit them. There is also a discover feed that shows what other users are checking with the app.

This is a direct reaction of Meta to Openai’s chatgpt, which has dominated the app store chart and is synonymous with AI craze. Meta first integrated AI in its existing apps, such as by adding Facebook and Instagram, chatbots and overhalling search features.
Meta involves the choice of Google (Gemini) and XAI (Groke) to release standalone applications for its AI assistants.
