Artificial intelligence and blockchain are disrupting heritage education systems by expanding access to education through optional credentials and AI-operated materials.
John von Segarn, an online teacher and founder of FutureProof Music School, is an online school that teaches students to produce electronic music production, currently uses AI auxiliary to help their students and help complementary courses.
The teacher told cointelegraph that he is planning to roll blockchain-based credentials for those who complete educational courses, which provides verification evidence that they have completed the programs and have adequate understanding of the material.
“I was involved in getting recognized for my previous school, and I saw a lot of problems in that process,” he told the coinlagraph.

Other Crypto projects take advantage of blockchain and AI for education
Blockchain credentials, combined with AI-operated materials, provide borderless verification and more economical classes for students.
In January, the open campus, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) which uses blockchain for education applications, launched Edu chain, its layer -3 blockchain.
The EDU series will be used to store onchain students credentials and certificates that are tampering-proof, irreversible and verification worthy.
