1. Decisions can be trusted

He said, “Leaders should focus on the good of their team members, ensuring that AI is used to increase human abilities, rather than replacing them.” “Agentic AI will take all of us to new places and new ways of working. Leaders need to bend in this reality, it needs to find out what it will mean, and support your teams so that the agent AI itself helps to run the desired results instead of an end to an end.”
3. Embrace constant change

4. Install the correct balance
