Ar all, the monitor world has flourished. People want to perform better that work, making, making sports, and consuming prices continue to increase. Therefore, it is worth noting when I feel a budget monitor that I do not hate. Everyone, in fact, requires very little, largest and best performance.
Even what I do, I barely need a high-resolution display. If necessary, I can get whatever I do on the 1080p screen, or if the budget is required. There are a lot of shortcomings to choose such a display, such as screen quality in both pictures and frames, looks like speakers, whispering someone in soup, but at the same time, if it works, and saves me a ton of money, why wouldn’t I consider this?
And keeping this in mind, it is not difficult to recommend the Acer Vero B247y, as the best business monitor for anyone in search of budget performance is one of the best.
Acer Vero B247y: Unboxing and first raids
I am not going to lie, I did not expect much when I began to rebox the simple cardboard box having Acer B247Y monitor.
But once I opened it, I saw that it had a displayport cable, an HDMI cable, a power cable, a stand and some good documentation. I could keep all this together before I realize what I was doing, and I was only using it after the moments of unboxing.
The monitor is incredibly light, so it is light that it does not understand. Once I found this display at my desk, I quickly threw it on the Vesa Mount Monitor Arm, so that I would deploy it correctly, then I had to work using the display.
Although it can feel like an exact monitor (perhaps), my mother grew on a corner table, which was attached to a tower PC receipt through VGA, which was done by me, but when you consider the price it is not half bad.
Acer Vero B247Y: Design and Build Quality
Glasses
Display: 23.8 “IPS
Resolution: 1920×1080
Refresh Rate: 120Hz (HDMI + DP)
Glow: 250 Nits
Input: HDMI 1.4, Displayport 1.2, VGA, Audio in/Out, Headphone Jack
Speakers: 2x 2W (blessings to bless them)
Adjustment: Height, Tilt, Kunda, Spice
weight: 12.06 lbs with stand
The display build quality is of average, despite the feeling that this monitor can be found under $ 100. It is super lightweight, which is very good to move it around, but it does not feel premium.
In fact, it seems that if I sneeze or cough very aggressively, it can fall down, which is why I added it to my monitor arm. The black plastic frame looks cheaper, but it hides the cheap factor quite well because it is black.
Port layout is simple and easy to use. No frills, no add-on, just in the video. Sometimes, all this you want, and with this man, you get it all.
Acer Vero B247y: In Uses
Joking on one side, this monitor is quite good for doing some commercial work. I will definitely not use it for graphic design or very creative work, if any, but for slack, documents, email, internet browsing, excel sheets, and so, this performance is worked for cheap. Especially if this monitor is not used frequently, then it sits in a high-trafficking office area where it can be damaged, or if you are just working on basic functions and do not require 4K.
Also, since it is so cheap, you can spend that money on the goods, a better computer, or just save it for something else.
Moving forward, I would not recommend using this display to play any audio of any kind. It is really comical for me that they also tried to add speakers to me, coming with two 2W speakers. I tried to take a video call through it and speaking sounds were terrible, music is worse, and I did not try to mix any kind of audio levels for a video or project through it.
If you are looking for a simple monitor to get business work that will not break the bank, it is a monitor you should consider. This is a good budget option. But, if you are going to expect that it will be great for gaming, high-resolution material, color grading, or anything like that, I will see elsewhere.
