Acer is updating its lineup of Swift Age, Go and X laptops in Computex with the latest Intel chips, and one of these Copilot+ PCs, a unique mat -display treatment developed by Corning, is a glass manufacturer behind Gorilla Glass that covers millions of smartphones.
The beneficiary of that new display is Swift Edge 14 AI. The laptop display has an anti-glare gorilla mats pro finish, the first of its kind on a laptop, and is considered to “reduce screen images by 95 percent” compared to alternative anti-glare glass. Acer introduced the original Swift Edge 14AI with the Copillot+ PC parade which was with MicrosoftLast year a big push in AI. The new Swift Edge 14AI benefits from the same AI features such as click to thanks for recall or its updated internal. You can imagine Swift Edge 14AI AI up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB storage with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor with Intel Arc Graphics. All of these components are packed in a white and relatively light (2.18 pounds) magnesium-aluminum alloy body, with a 14-inch OLED screen and “soft-tach” stained keyboard.
For the new Swift Go 14AI and Swift Go 16AI, Acer lets you build laptops up to an Intel Core Ultra 7, 32 GBLPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB storage. On Swift Go 14AI you can opt for 16:10, 1,920 x 1,200 resolution OLED and similarly 2,048 x 1,280 resolution OLED is placed on Swift Go 16AI. Neither laptop Swift Edge is smooth as 14AI – in terms of appearance, Swift Go Laptop looks as if you will be assigned for work. In the case, both Go models have 1080p, Windows Hello-Sant webcams and a built-in video conferencing control with touchpads.
Acer is also updating its Swift X laptop, the company’s Go-Two options if you are looking for more graphical oomphs. Both Swift X14AI and plane Swift X14 include an NVDIA Gafors RTX 5070 laptop GPU, which you should give strength through all types of video editing and 3D rendering tasks. You can add GPU up to AMD Ryzen AI 9 at Swift X 14 AI or an Intel Core Ultra 9 on Swift X 14. This year’s Swift laptop also has a 14.5-inch 3K OLED display and large-hopytic touchpads that support tilt–able stylus for drawing and photo retaching.
Due to the unexpected nature of global trade, none of Aer’s new Swift laptops have finalized pricing or availability in the US, although we can share an Acer for Europe. Swift Edge 14AI is expected to be available for € 1,599 in June, Swift 14 AI was slightly later in July for € 1,199 and Swift in August 16AI in August for € 1,299.
The story is the same for Acer’s Swift X laptop. Both Swift X14AI and Swift X14 will be available for € 1,799 in July.
