Is anthropic Launch a new API This allows your cloud AI model to find on the web. Developers using it can manufacture cloud-operated apps that provide up-to-date information, the company said in a press release published on Wednesday.
The rollout of API comes when AI companies look to increase their models in various ways that can draw new customers on their platforms. For its share, Anthropic introduced a tool to connect the applications with clouds with clouds last week to connect a tool to connect the cloud search enterprise accounts, websites and more.
Anthropic wrote in its release, “Developers can now enable the web search tools while requesting the API to increase the widespread knowledge of the cloud with the current, real -world data.” “With web search, developers can now create AI solutions that tap in current information without the need to manage their own web search infrastructure.”
When the web search API is enabled, the cloud will use “logic” abilities to determine whether a given request will benefit from up-to-date information or special knowledge. If the cloud decides to find the web, it will generate a search query, get the result, analyze them, and provide a reply with quotes.
Cloud can also refine its questions and conduct several discoveries, using earlier results to inform the latter questions. Developers can adapt this behavior and also specify the domain from which clouds are allowed and not allowed to search. Anthropic says that the deity can also allow or ban web search use at the organization level.
Pricing starts with $ 10 per 1,000 discoveries. Anthropic’s Cloud 3.7 Sonnet, the new cloud 3.5 sonnet, and the search work with the Klaude 3.5 haiku model.
