On an earning call with analysts yesterday, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that more advanced Siri is subject to active development, but it could still be some time before coming. He assured the callers that Apple “progressing”, but did not indicate the launch window. Cook talked about large -scale Apple Intelligence features, already released on iOS 18, including genmji, clean up, chat integration, and much more.
Cook said that“Regarding the more individual Siri facilities declared by us, we need more time to complete our work on these features so that they complete our high quality bar. We are progressing, and we are ready to get these features in the hands of customers.”
In earning calls, Richard Kreer of Arte Research asked Tim Cook about the direct delay. In response, Cook repeated, “We need more time to complete the work so that they complete our high quality bar. There are not many other reasons for this. It is taking a little longer than our thoughts, but we are progressing and we are very excited to get more personal ciri features.” However, neither Cook nor CFO Kevan Parekh suggested a time to expect to roll out the facilities.

These features were originally done to arrive in April, but the statements of Apple’s employees indicate many problems and glitches that have not yet been solved. As a stopgap, Apple collaborated with Chatgpt to offer his functionality on the iPhone and MAC. The company is eager to bring facilities to a task point, especially because it has already been killed with a lawsuit to mislead the customers with advertising that focuses very much around advanced AI.
Apple’s previous statements suggest that the facilities would be launched for some time this year, but these statements were first updates as the first announcement was made in March. Personal SIRI features are set to include relevant commands and the ability to act within your apps and device settings.
