Apple on Monday announced the expansion of its retail services in the state of Saudi Arabia. As part of the move, the Cupertino-based tech giants have launched the Apple Store Online and Apple Store app. This enables customers to buy all the equipment in Apple’s portfolio, either through the web or app, directly from the company. They can also get support in Arabic language to find the best apple products to suit their requirements and help them install.

The Apple Store app has several tabs for shopping, which are to better know the products and services of Apple and contact Apple Support. Customers who buy Mac can configure their orders to match their specific requirements, such as chip, memory and storage. Apple watch cases and band combinations can also be mixed and matched to create a new look that differs from the default options offered by the company. Apple Store online and through the app, you can avail free engraving in Arabic and English to customize your airpods, apple pencils, airtags and other purchases.

After the expansion of the services, Apple said that it now provides chat and phone assistance to customers to help them find the best product in Arabic language. Once an order is obtained, they can also be in contact with supporting staff for any help in installing it.
A flexible shopping option is also available through Tamara, shopping and payment platforms through Apple Store online. And now with purchasing later, customers can shop for their favorite products and pay for them in installments of four months at 0 percent interest.
Both shopping platforms also provide Apple Trade-in Program, which enables the business of old equipment to get a new credit. Even if the device is not eligible for trade-in, the company will recycle it without any additional cost. Finally, they can avail Applecare+ to get extended coverage and support on Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
