Apple organized only its annual WWDC 2025, during which the company announced the leading updates coming in its operating system in equipment. Apple Intelligence was already available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified). Apple is adding eight more languages by the end of the year: Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Portugal), Swedish, Turkey, Chinese (traditional), and Vietnamese.

Apple also showed the new AI-operated live translation feature, which can translate messages because they are typed, distribute them in translated language, and then receive automatically translated messages. For phone calls, translation is spoken loudly during conversation. During the facetime call, live translation allows users to follow with translated live captions.
Apple announced other updates for its AI features, including new updates for visual intelligence, integration with shortcuts, new languages coming up to the end of the year and improvement in genomji and image playgrounds.
