One of the biggest obstacles while traveling is hunting for decent internet connection, and then it has to get to work on all its equipment. Conundrum is now mainstream in hotels, lodges and coffee shops – essentially all establishments are considered to spend a few hours of their day, but first need to fill a web form before receiving the Internet.
Apple will soon end those Wi-Fi registration struggles. As BloombergThe company is “working on a system that can synchronize the captive Wi-Fi access details in iPhone, iPad and Mac.”
How does it matter?
These days many people like to work with coffee shops or libraries. Over time, these installations have transferred from offering unlimited Wi-Fi per customer a limited data packet, a one that works after registering your phone number or email address so that you can get an OTP before receiving access.

The situation with a hotel chain and hostels becomes even more complicated, where you need to fill more details. The more premium housing you go on, the more disappointing, the longer there is no small portion for customer forms, which requires filling in all devices.
These Wi-Fi portals also have a high rate of failure, so I do not even bother with my other equipment and just go with initial registration on my phone. For the rest of my devices, a mobile data hotspot handles my work, even if it is reflected on my inflated carrier bills every month.
How is Apple fixing the situation?
With the upcoming feature, the Apple will save the user details when they fill a captive Wi-Fi form and sync it on all their equipment. Think of it as to save all your details as your web browser, such as name, address, and even preferred payment mode, so that you do not need to replenish it.

Of course, it is an opt-in system, but it saves a lot of time. Instead of taking a web-based approach, Apple is implementing the facility in hardware. “This new feature will allow you to enter that information on a device and it will be a sink for your other products.”
Apple has created a strong cross-device syncing ecosystem with devices such as universal control, handoffs, cross-device clipboard, and more-all that are bound to the same account.
In addition to Wi-Fi form syncing, Apple is also asked to present a desktop mode system for iPhones. For its tablet, the company is expecting more MACOS changes to iPados.
