Every gaming keyboard The manufacturer hall is jumping on the effect bandwagan, and why not? The keyboard technology has been proved in both Erports and Home Office Setups worldwide and provides countless benefits on standard mechanical keyboards with no real performance compromise.
Hall effect keyboard has also come in countless other technologies, which enter the keyboard space: everything from gasket-mounting to touchpad is now in the mainstream keyboard. It also means that I regularly look at new products, mechanical and hall effects, with the characteristics that I have never considered before. Case in point, Asus Rog Falchion Ace HFX, a small keyboard with a large name and a lot of unusual features.
This $ 200 wired-cavalie keyboard has a hall effect switch, 8,000-hurts polling rate, multidive connectivity with two USB-C ports and a programmable touchpad on the back edge. Do not mention countless on-keyboard controls and a flipbal lever to enab the rapid trigger facility found on most hall effect keyboards. While it has some strange design decisions, it also has many clever.
Unique switch

Other halls in Fallician are one of the deepest typing sounds compared to the keyboard. This is possibly a combination of the unique HFX magnetic switch of the keyboard, which I have tested, which is not made by Garter, and also salutations inside the sound. It consists of several layers of foam, poron and silicone and a sheet of small rubber domes.
The switches feel incredibly smooth, even when pressed gradually, with a consistent experience in the entire keypress. They use a polycarbonate top housing, a pom stem and a pom bottom housing, which contributes to deep typing sounds and ensure lubrication throughout the keystroke. Unlike most hall effects switch, HFX does not have a hole in the center, instead, it moves the magnet to the front, where the metal contact leaf will usually be on a mechanical switch. This standard hall impact makes Fallichians inconsistent with switch, but the possibility improves the sound profile as well: the open-bottom switch has a more hollow typing sound, which can be heard on the contestants.
Springs are weighted up to 55 grams of total force, which is 5 grams lighter than the Garter Nebula Dual-Rail switch used by Jiocron, and 10 grams lighter than the standard cherry MX raid. There are no other switches available for this keyboard, but because the hall effect switches are contactless, the existing switch can be removed without any disoldering or wider disassemal.
I could not find myself to replace the switch, however – they have a poppy and deep sound that is incredibly crisp, and they feel liable and smooth, especially with a rapid trigger capable. My biggest issue was Kikap with typing experience. They have a rough texture, while the grippy felt quite thick and unpleasant when typing. It comes down to preference, but I found them less pleasant than smooth or light textured fungi.
