    A judge in Texas has provided initial approval for a deal that will recently provide $ 177 million total settlement to address two and T data violations.

    According to reporting from PCMAGEligible customers will receive information through email or physical letters from Settlement Administrator in this summer. Ideally, funds will be distributed before the final approval hearing on 3 December.

    A court document indicates that the settlement program should officially start from August 4, with payment at the beginning of next year, payment should be made based on the judge providing final approval.

    The total amount given to each individual will depend on the number of affected users who present claims and are exposed to different degrees of personal data. Users can be eligible for up to $ 5,000 for the 2019 data breech, and up to $ 2,500 for snowflake phenomenon if they submit documents to show their loss.

    The disposal is to address two data violations, with back in 2019 and went for years.

    As a result of that violation, danger actors had access to personal information, including names, social security numbers and 51 million east and current customers birth dates.
