NASA’s SpaceX Dragon spacecraft has been depicted to carry the X -4 crew in June 2025 near the International Space Station. Mission managers have given “Go” to exclude this private astronaut mission (Axiom Mission 4) at EDT on Monday, July 14 at 7:05 am. A four-person crew led by experienced astronaut Paigi Whitson has spent about two and a half weeks in the laboratory revolving in the operation of science. Whitson’s Crumets are Sukhanshu Shukla (India), Soloz Uznoski-Einvsky (Poland) and Tibor Kapu (Hungary), who are the first astronauts of their countries visiting ISS. Together they did dozens of experiments in microgravity before packing for the ride house.
To complete the research mission
As NASAThe AX-4 team held a busy program of science activities in their last days at the station. On Friday, he later collected blood samples for medical analysis and enhanced microlega as a possible food source and life-support organism in space. He also studied special nanomaterials that can become a wearet -able health monitor.
On Saturday, the crew worked on human health check -up: testing electrical muscle stimulation, trying new exercise suits for thermal comfort, and filming your daily routine for a behavioral health study. By Sunday, he started instigating research gear and packing science samples and individual cargo to return to Earth inside the dragon.
Preparation for return trip
The campaign 73 station crew members picked the pitch to help finalize the departure. NASA’s astronaut Anne McClane helped collect hardware and supply to pack the dragon and assisted with the ongoing experiments of the AX-4. Associates Nicole Aires and Johnny Kim rotated the blood samples of astronauts into a centrifuge and stoveed them in the Science Freezer, then transferred water to the spacesuts during the pre -Rection Return Check. Japanese astronaut Takua Onisi processed saliva samples and regularly maintained, and Russian cosmonots Sergei Raizikov and Alexi Zubritsky conducted a final fitness test on the station’s exercise bike.
SpaceX will carry the dragon crew and about 580 pounds of cargo – which includes hardware and data from more than 60 experiments – back on Earth. On ignoring Monday, the dragon will eventually exit the California coast, with the AX-4 crew and their research samples after this historic international mission.
