In addition to a screen guard, the best accessory to keep your switch 2 safe is a case of a vision. And with the increased price of the latest console of Nintendo compared to the original, one way to shelter your console is even more reasons to learn (about $ 150 of them). But why stop there? With a significant twice, Belkin gave a great way to add additional utility in a basic travel case, allowing you to charge switch 2 while keeping it out of harm.

Belkin’s charging case is not far away for Switch 2 Official Nintendo EditionBut there are a handful of subtle but reception reforms. It has a polyester external (available in gray, green and tan) with reinforced sides and a soft velvet interior. There is a zipper that moves along the circumference with Belkin, in which any metal is thought -considering with an internal liner to prevent direct contact with switch 2. There are also cutouts and indents that allow the console to safely snugs from inside. Belkin did a good job of providing a safe fit without a much more wigley room.
A small negative side for this is that if you are planning to use a heavy skin or sleeve, things may be extra-tang (or may not fit at all). But for people like me who like to keep their equipment naked, this is a great companion. As durability, while I do not want to risk my switch 2 from a building, I pushed the console a few times with a table, while it was thrown inside the case without any damage.
battery pack
Okay, but what about the charging part? Instead of integrating the battery in the case itself, Belkin kept things incredibly straight. The kit comes with a cutout with a battery pack and a strap to ensure that it will not slide around in transit. Di, this is not the most elegant solution, but when needed it is simple and effective when giving you flexibility to charge other devices.
Now, it is possible that if Belkin opted for a battery that was made in the case, then there may be space to add more capacity. But at 10,000mAh, I think the kit creates a good balance between size and longevity. With Switch 2 having a 5,220mAh cell, Belkin’s power pack has enough juice for about two complete recharge. Also, because it is removable, if you ever need to close anything other than switch 2, you can simply catch the battery and leave the case behind.
I appreciate that Belkin did not even cut many corners. The pack has two USB-C ports that support both charging and recharging. Speeds are also decent, capable of sending the battery up to 20 watts, which switch 2 was plugged into the wall (although it is close to 15 watts in real life). You can recharge two devices simultaneously, but because you are dividing the output, things will take a little longer. Even an easy underlying performance is, so you never need to guess how much juice left in the tank. And thanks to a right-angle connector for the cable inside the case and a involved cable with a small channel, it is super easy to keep everything clean and organized while charging.
Some other small but useful details about the case of Belkin include a mesh pocket to stash small accessories such as cables. Just don’t do too much stuff there or else you can put extra pressure on the console. There is also a flap with elastic pockets that can store up to 12 game cartridges. But my favorite feature is the airtag compartment hidden behind the mesh on the right, which allows you to keep a tracker inside without being super clear.
Wrap
The Belkin charging case for Switch 2 is not very sophisticated. But given that it is $ 70, it is fine by me because it has everything you want with a very easy bonus from a basic case. It looks good, the switch 2 fits inside well and less than something like a beef pelican crate, it provides more than adequate protection from everyday bumps and tumbles.
I want Belkin to sell a version that does not come with the battery for anyone who wants to use his own power pack. The non-charge version of the company is not an ideal option as it does not have much additional space. But still, this kit offers a solid combination of value and practicality, which I am really asking anytime.
