Scyotid can cause impressive damage, but the real reason for bringing it is for alternative fire mode.
Utility can be important in warframes. Sometimes people will spend a lot of resources, arran sharks, and subscribed capabilities, so that they can get a simple bit utility in their construction. The good news is that, if you want to create enemies for any reason, it became easier than ever. No lost capacity slots, modes or mountains of rare arcains. Just one weapon.

Scyotid is very capable of damaging, but the real reason for bringing it will be alternative fire that allows you to meet enemies. The scales with multishot, the more and more multishot state, draws into more and more enemies, so it will focus on our construction. There is no need for any specific membership capacity on this, Venus.
The way we use this build is on the assumption that you want to create enemies, then follow the scuffle attacks on the group. We can also construct a small priming here to avail condition surcharge on our scuffle weapons. Make sure you do not mode to scramble weapons for equal elements that we use below.

After you are over, you are good to go. Its purpose is to use alternative fire for group enemies, then launch some standard shots in them to prime them with some gas and cold damage, then a scuffle attack. They will be grouped, prime, and then your position surcharge manufacturing scuffle weapons will chew them. Feel free to add any other mod, with which you want to use. Remember, finding your own build is always the most fun that you can do in warframe.
