
22 -year -old Connor Brian Fitzpatrick behind the notorious Brechforams Hacking Forum was sentenced to three years in prison after a federal appeal court today, a pre -time sentence of his time and release under 20 years of monitoring.
Fitzpatric of New York was operated under the Ai -Aiyas “Pommpumpurin” and the Brechforams Hacking Forum was formed in 2022 after the FBI took the redforams.
Fitzpatrick was arrested on 15 March 2023 and was accused of conspiracy to solve individuals to sell unauthorized access devices. At the time of his arrest, he admitted the FBI agents that he was a administrator of Pommpampurin and Brechforams.
In July 2023, Fitzpatrick blamed the access device fraud, the objective of offering access, and to plot for possession of child pornography.
The Department of Justice says that Fitzpatrick violated the terms of its priorial release using the Internet on precious devices.
“After he entered his guilty arguments, the defendant used VPN services to hide his use of the Internet and repeatedly use an unauthorized and unauthorized electronic devices (or equipment) that read in court documents about resentment.
“Still, the defendant has not provided pre -perly services or government with this uncontrolled device (or devices).”
The prosecutors were sentenced in January 2024, despite demanding a prison of more than 15 years, which was served on time, including 17 days in jail and 20 years of monitoring release.

The site became notorious for the sale and trade of stolen data from telecom providers, social networks, healthcare companies, investment firms and government agencies.
However, a danger actor by the US government faced increasing pressure by the US government after dissolving a healthcare provider for DC health links, their employees and their families, and began using the forum to sell and leak the stolen data.
Soon after the violation, that the FBI seized Brechforam and arrested Fitzpatrick.
