This year there has been a real change in kitchen equipment. Clinical Black, White, and Stainless Steel are on their way, replaced by sweet pastels that look clearly tasty, and bring fun and heat to your space.
They are not all the same color, either – the kitchen showroom is packed with a sugary palette of edible colors, so you can mix things and have fun rather than sticking to the same color.
Here I have chosen some of my favorite, but there are many more. For example, Nespreso recently launched a version of the vertu pop coffee maker in Soft Pistachio Green to match with the launch of its new pistachio vanilla vertuo capsules, and if Mint Green Ninja Crispy does not take your fancy, there is also a beautiful pink version. Now, let’s excavate!

Kitchen Artison Stand Mixer
$ 499.99 Kitchen (US)
£ 699 in kitchen (UK)
The one that started it all. In February, Kitchened (known for its hard but attractive devices) announced that its color would be a soft shade of the year called butter, and revealed a new version of the reputed artisan stand mixer to display. The artisan mixer is a classic for a reason, and although certainly not cheap, it is a real purchase-this life tool. I was mine for 13 years and count (in a bringing a shadow of turquoise), and it still kills bread, beats eggs, and new -like creams.

Nespresso vertuo pop

Ninja Crispy is a super compact air fryer that is quite small to carry office, college, or anywhere, you want a warm food without access to an oven. Keep your food in glass containers, then clip on the powerpod lid when you are ready to fry. If there is an electrical outlet, you can cook. It was launched in gray and blue sobber shades, but Ninja recently gave it a cute change in fresh Mint Green (shown here) and Candy Pink. See our full ninja crispy review to find out how well it cooks.

Smeg 50s style electric kettle
Smeg designers know one or two things about making stylish kitchen equipment, and this kettle is just an example. Its clean lines and soft curves go beautifully with this shade of pastel blue, but it also comes in a range of candy colors including green, cream and pink. It has a 1.7-liter capacity, which means that you can make a decoction for the whole family, and have been fitted with a washedable stainless steel hard water filter to keep your tea and coffee tasting good.

Select Rishi Toast Lux
Toast select lux is a step above your average toaster, with a preset for six different pleasure (including a dedicated sequer mode), a ‘quick look’ function to check if your gifts are golden, and if it is not right then the ‘a little more’ option. This particular shadow from the sage is called Rosavatar Merringu, and if you ask me, it looks good to eat. It is sad that it is not available in America (where the sage is called Brevil) but There are other beautiful colors to choose,
