Instead, Graham looked at small and local businesses to march and maintained the speed established over the years.
“This year creates a real, new opportunity, and perhaps for the next several years.”
Since 2018, his full-service, luxury beauty and fashion-centered agency, Graham and General Idea co-founders Ian Shutzburg and Semjon Donhoff have always focused diversity, equity and inclusion. Five leaders who make the C-suits of General Idea recognize as LGBTQ+.
Graham has seen the pride of big companies and the decrease in support of LGBTQ+ initiative, which is a chance for small businesses to increase their own efforts.
“There is a real opportunity to be a leader,” Graham explains, “because big companies and especially publicly trading companies have to reject the volume (on their LGBTQ+ initiative), it creates a real, new opportunity this year, and perhaps for the next several years to come. ,

Graham called for small business leaders to be constantly and constantly committed to their values.

Graham says that leaders should not only communicate the values โโof the company externally, but also to their teams and organizations as to why standing for their beliefs is so important.

As the co-founders of General Idea first admitted how to develop a modern marketing agency and provide the best service to their customers, they focused on hiring people who would currently complement each other and complement each other to move each other’s complementary and marketing landscapes, says Graham.

In addition to its C-suits, General Idea has about 50 employees. Graham says that the company prioritizes hiring “extraordinary” thinkers and creators who work hard and have a strong appreciation for culture and have the ability to tap in current trends and future opportunities, says Graham says.

Common idea should also have a habit to find solutions even on rent – because it is in the heart of business.
Says Graham, “Every customer comes to us because there is a problem to solve them,” do they need to sell more products or connect with new audiences, so for us, first and foremost, it is about understanding what they are and are getting at its origin. And very often, it is not so clear in the beginning. ,
Graham notes that General Idea does not pay itself as an advertising agency, although the advertisement can be part of the “multi-dimensional” solution, depending on the needs of the customer.

Says Graham, “Our most awarded projects are sometimes projects that think they are one and then as a result of a different type of output,” it means that we are not taking these briefs and problems at an inscribed price, rather we are sharing with our customers (and) we are shaking them which we assume that we will make the best results. ,
“We really want to create an environment that gives people the right to feel safe.”
At a moment when some companies are “being pacified around their values,” Graham and General Idea LGBTQs+ see their commitment to issues and diversity and are largely largely as a route – and one that will prepare them and their team to develop “fast” and was coined by AI.
“We really want to create an environment that empowers people to feel safe, () feel that they can express their beliefs and who they are,” says Graham. “We want to create opportunities to flourish within those senses of safety.”
