With AI now a common vision in businesses around the world, meditation now switches to achieve the most impact and use from technology.
Recently at Dell Technologies World 2025, this idea was prominent, with the company to showcase the most from AI to demonstrate how it is helping customers of all sizes in various industries.
To find out how tangible the effects of AI can really be, I sat down with some major del spokes in the incident to deep excavation.
“Everything turned on her head”
Dale Technologies World 2025, one of the biggest announcements, belongs to the expansion of the AI factory platform of Dell built with NVidia, which has received some important updates.
Initially launched in Dell Technologies World 2024, it covers the new Dell AI factory client device, server, storage, data protection and networking with NVidia 2.0, as well as the management of similar new-declared deale managed services with NVDia platforms with NVDia platform AI simplifies operations with.
Such announcements put Dale in a state of great faith, Scott Bills, Vice President – Professional Services, notes, “Our goal has always been to provide services to the end to support customers on our AI Parivartan Yatra.”
“The full objective is to provide that easy button for customers, whether it is to develop its initial use case strategy and priority, to implement the matter of their use, or to manage the environment on a constant basis,” Bills, “whatever we are doing, is focusing on meeting the customer, where they are focusing on where they are in their visit, and to provide that easy button.
Varun Chhabra, SVP, product marketing says, “AI factory can be all sizes, and AI PC will play a big role in this trip for customers,” product marketing, product marketing, given that some small businesses are completely concentrated around AI, it replaces the pyramids of the entire professional services for Dell.
“All this has changed slightly on your head,” they say.
“A survival opportunity”
In his keynote speaker at the event, Dell’s founder and CEO Michael Dale said how about 3,000 customers are using the Dell AI factory platform, and Chhabra said that they are all at a different level in their journey, so Dell needs to be at the forefront of technology.
“I say, this is an existing opportunity,” he laughs, “you have found it right … if you haven’t started yet, you’re late.”
“Many enterprises we have seen that have taken steps before … where it becomes exciting, where they take the next steps to find out how to actually run fundamental trade changes using AI,” Bills says.
The AI factory is a multi -faceted platform, and I ask Bills and Chabra how easy it is for businesses in the early stages of their AI journey.
Chhabra notes often have more about business value and cases of use, so how can AI be used on the public work of Dell so that organizations can benefit.
“We are honest and transparent about this,” he notes, “we really take time to talk to customers what they need to do, why they are unique.”
“It is not just going to a normal conversation,” Bills notes, “there are many different -size and scales, we can offer configurations for all types of outfits.”
“Customers know that they need help, technology, and actively looking for help from service providers … because they navigate their AI trips” he says.

I ask the pair how much their customers are ready to deal with the possible surcharge introduced by a system like Dell AI Factory – are small businesses especially ready for it?
Chhabra Note, “Some are far from some line, but a lot of customers are in early investigations – and the question for them is not so much what Dell can do for him, I think it’s even more basic – there is a lot of energy and enthusiasm within the organizations for AI, and what can they do for AI, is there no question that some of these people are?”
He is a reliable advisor to Dale’s position that customers get value in both the company’s current AI journey, but also mistakes – “help to solve the next generation issues,” Bills Notes – of which Dells to learn from working with big companies and working with major companies like XAI on small firms.
“We eat our own dog food,” Chhabra laughed, “to make our customers more successful, and to give them better experiences, our team members have been focused on using AI to make them producers in discipline.”
Working with a company is also a major advantage for the size and scale of Nvidia on the AI factory, and I ask how important it is to have those types of partners.
“This is there because we have tried a lot,” Chhabra note, “we have always been a company that proud itself for the creation of an open ecosystem … and our goal is to always enable it.”
