If you collaborate with other people on the same Google Drive Files, a new AI-operated feature will help you stay on top of any changes made during removing.
Google recently Announced a new facility Caught me catch up. From Wednesday, Google said, Gemini can tell when the files in your Google drive are made because you have seen it the last time and what is new, it has been observed.

This includes editing, doors, sheets, slides, and more of Google Docs. Google said that Gemini’s summary could not be widespread, but will highlight the changes that “can be helpful and important.”
The ability to summarize file changes comes a few days after Google starts a Gemini feature that watchs drive videos for you.
You will know that you have access to this feature when you see a new catch me up button under “Ask Gemini” on top of your Google Drive Folder. This button will be next to the button next to the button “and” Learn about a file in the drive “button. You will see summary in the Gemini side panel (the same side panel that shows email summary in Gmail).
You can see only changes in a specific file at any time by looking at what you call “Catch Me Up Activity Indicator” on files in your list.
Also: Mithun can now watch Google Drive Video for you – including working meetings
If you use the main synopsis, you will see “a high-level observation of important changes in documents from your drive”, but if you use a personal file option, you will see “a summary of main changes and comments” in a particular file as it was finally opened.
This feature is currently available in English. While Google announced Catch Me Up yesterday, the company said that it may take up to 15 days to convenience to reach all users.
If you do not see Gemini in your Google Drive (or in any scope for that case), you can close it. Go for your Gmail settings (for some reason, it is not available in drive settings) and find a general tab. Scroll down until you see “Google Western Smart Features”. From there, you will see a togal to close it.
