Last time I played Crimson Desert, I played it as a kind of boss Rush. Three owners, the same in dignity, all of which went down. Lex Ludy had already covered the demo in Shekanuse, and when I liked that she liked more than that (I am a sick; Boss fights do not do alone (usually) create a good video game. So when I got a chance to sit with an hour’s demo at the Summer Game Fest, I said yes, even though I was not sure what I was really getting.
answer? The actual game, or at least a very large part of it. Martin Sheen’s captain Willard is now wrong in the apocalypse, “I wanted a mission, and for my sins, they gave me one. And when it is over, I want many more.”

This time, I was giving a storm to a palace. If you are not familiar with Crimson Desert, you step into the shoes of Graimiana Hire Leader Cliff. He is trying to keep the band back together after the drink is ambushed by a black bear. His discovery for his comrades leads him to Calfed, where he expects to find Oongka (name), one of his most trusted colleagues. Searching for him, he learns that Markwis Stephen is a rebellion to overthrow a colleague for Lord of Calfed and Gramens. This is not good for our boy Stephen, and Cliff is eventually talked about joining the battle by Barden Middle, who has seen our boy fighting first. This is one of those people “I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship” in moments. All this is a lot of game of throne palace conspiracy, but the issue is that there is a palace under the siege, and you do something about it.
After a brief journey around a friendly encroachment to set the mood and get a low-down, I got out in some housekeeping works, before we start the siege. First, we needed to boost morale, which was more or less in the toilet. This included correcting the banner of our army with Cliff’s teleconic powers, moved it around, and put it back into its paidstal. PR representative I informed me that I should pay attention to this mechanic because I would need it later. I said I will do it. Keep reading to see if I have a working memory!
When I fixed a canon and took out some guard towers (they fictionally exploded), it was some real match time. Soon, I was on the ground that looked like dozens, if there were no hundreds of other soldiers, and I had to play again with the war of Crimson Desert. This is what I was most excited about. See, Crimson is a game for Desert Sikos, and I mean in the most important way. There are many mechanics here. You have found standard attacks with your sword here, but you can also switch to a bow on a fly, impleise your sword with magic (in the demo, fire, ice and lightning), use magic to promote yourself in the air, use magic, large scale, harmful field-effect attacks, and similarly. And before you get into the running slides, RKOS, and jump kicks.

Sometimes, it almost seems to have a lot of things that can cliff, especially since a lot of quiet things are about pressing more than one button at a time. It was dropped to someone who was 20 hours in the story of Crimson Desert, it is a very difficult task; You are trying to find out what you should not only do, but how to do it.
He said, I will not change anything about how Crimson Desert really plays. We do not talk much about this, but the border is one of the sports which are controlled. How many different tasks can you actually put on a controller without asking the player to press two buttons at a time? Not a ton. So yes, it is a bit strange that someone rkoing (and a bunch of other accessories) has two buttons at the same time, and that many of those capabilities are bound for the same or two buttons and the difference comes from the direction that you press the analog stick, if all this. On the other hand, however, you meet RKO whenever you want, and it is ill.
So when you are in a fight, you are doing all this stuff, switching on the fly, landing those big hits, some friends are kicking and then chasing with a big sword with a combo, and the next silent inauspicious is sufficiently inauspicious to get close to you, it looks great. My core kit took me a minute, but to handle me, but the man, it is once a killer. I have not played a game that plays in this way before. I am not saying that the smell of the new car heals all the wounds, but it sets a long way.

My purpose was also very good. See, I needed to wipe these towers on my way for the palace, and to do so, I was given a special type of arrow that calls in artillery bombing. Is it a good time to shoot them on one of the towers and look at artillery to reduce them so much in the kindle? Yes. Is this a better time when you fire on your feet and twenty people who are sprinkling on you, a couple is a dozen feet and/or explosion on the spot? Definitely. And then you have to destroy them with RKOS or your sword or with magic in the air or by destroying them or whatever you can think. Or, like me, you can simply drive them on your horse. Don’t worry, friends. The horse cannot be killed. This is a hose (also, they knew that it would hurt millennium).
Near the end of this section, I ran into a tank. A no-flowing, honest to God tank. It was made of wood and looked like a small mobile hut, with spikes sticking, but still it was a tank. The artillery did not work. Did not work. But you know what was the work? To promote yourself in the air using your magic, landing on it, and then jumping again and dropping the same magic directly into the tank. that’s rad.
From there, it was a magical leap for a hop, skip and castle, which was surrounded by a fight. Here, I ran into a sick cuttack in my boy Oongka, reminding me that we were essentially the gods among men, moving through goons, a flooded river uprooted us by a flooded river.

This was a small round for the Demo’s last owner through the Castle courtyard: Cassius Morten itself, leading this rebellion. There is a crook in the form of a cliff, I could not really hurt him. I could have harmed her a little, but here my goal was really to wear her stamina. I mostly did that when I could, he crossed his attacks and was killed by killing him, but the reality is that I had to air before harming him. Once I had, it was Cloberin’s time. Except I was not doing it with any simple weapon. Remember how I told you about lifting that banner teleconheticly? Yes, I was doing this, leaving a big donkey marble column and collapsing on her head. Then he will come back, we will dance again, and I will beat him with a marble column until I have won. Now, I forgot how to do this for the first time, so my PR representative had to remind how it could be (as I said, it’s a complex game), but I eventually dropped it down, and it was a great fight.
Once my demo is over, I got to see some more sick goods, this time Traversal. See, Cliff has a grappling hook, and that bad boy can be used to zoom from the place to place as you are Spider-Man. If you are good in it, you will not even touch the ground. As I said, this is a game for Sickos â„¢.
I did not know what to expect from a deep eye on Crimson Desert, but as long as I was with SGF, it was one of my favorite games in the show. This is going to be difficult for people due to control, but it rewards you to master its system, and I appreciate it. To make me more, no less. The Crimson Desert respects you, almost dare to use you and see what you can do. I like that. And I am very excited to see what to show us in the future.
This preview was based on a construction provided by the publisher. Crimson Desert is scheduled to release at the end of 2025.
