Crypto industry officials are increasing personal security and seeking more bodyguard services in response to the recent string of kidnapping and ransom efforts worldwide – especially in France – to target investors and professionals in the region.
According to a Bloomberg ReportAnant Risk International, Amsterdam, a private safety firm located in the Netherlands, is watching more inquiries in bodyguard services and signing up more long -term customers for a private safety details.
Additionally, French law enforcement officials have recently increased security measures for crypto entrepreneurs and investors in 2025 after at least three separate kidnapping incidents so far.
